Clean and welcoming but..... Took 3 stars off because dentist man handled my child NOR did doc read the chart before coming in being aware of what to expect. Teeth = money here. Evident in how they "process" patients after procedure completion. Doc needs to lead better, it's as if she had other better things to do.

Bad customer service. My son had an appointment today for a filling and we were late 10 minutes due to traffic. The lady from front desk said that we are late and we have to reschedule the appointment. She even didn't bother to see if they can do something or squeeze us in since there was no one in the waiting room. I had to accommodate my time from work to be able to come to the appointment but they don't even care. We will not be back here, not family oriented just business.

1. We have visited this dentstry for 9 years since 2013, but we decided to move due to the recent experience related to nonsense reason not allowing younger kids (less than 10) to visit on Sat. My little daughter (now 6 year old) never cried at all visits since the first visit in 2018, but the appointment on Sat cannot be made due to just age. It seems that this policy was made for their business convenience (no schedule delay with crying kids), but we have to look at other way for our convenience. I think that they should be able to accommodate for no crying kids. 2. One of staffs hung up the call in the middle of talking on the rescheduling. 3. Overall, I could feel that staffs are getting tired and release their work stress to the customers (even kids) over years. Sad to say bye to Dr. Yoomee Kim

I used to love this place. My kids were always treated so well. However, I just had a baby. She is 1 month old and they would not let me accompany my kids to their appointment with the baby. They said no siblings without appointments are allowed. Apparently this information was communicated via email 2 days prior to the appointment. All the texts I received the week before the appointment and while scheduling months before and while speaking on the phone to confirm the appointment, this information was never communicated to me. Had I known, I would have taken my kids to a pediatric dentist who would understand that I cannot leave my 1 month old nursing baby alone or with anyone else. The office manager was very understanding of my situation and was very calm while speaking with me. However, it's just upsetting that I have to send my young kids in by themselves while I have no idea what is going on. I would recommend either changing the policy to allow infants in carseats in with the parent or communicating at the time of scheduling of the absolute strict rule of no siblings regardless of age. Edit: I do want to mention that though I was disappointed initially, they did work to make it right. The staff was trying to accommodate me. And after the cleaning was done, they did allow me in the back to see the kids and talk to the dentist. I just wish I was made aware of the rules prior to visiting. This is still a great dentist office and they are all very kind to children.

I'm giving this place an extra star for accepting our emergency visit consult even when our insurance lapsed. However if you are expecting compassionate, warm, care for your young children, this is not the place. The front desk is nice but the dentist my 2 year old saw was not what you'd expect a pediatric dentist to be like. While I would say she tried to interact with my daughter, it was not warm, but forced and children are very observant. Both visits were very traumatic and the 2nd visit the dentist did not even try to be gentle with my daughter. She never had a cleaning here, only met with the dentist twice, both were underwhelming visits to say the least. Would not recommend this office for young children- but I won't be back even if my daughter is older. I'd like a dentist who takes the time to warm up to their younger patients, not be rushed to see the next one- sets a scary precedence for future visits.

Dr. Kim and her team are always so kind and reassuring to the kids! We have been bringing our kids to their practice for a few years and I would recommend 100%!! My son who has sensory issues always had anxiety about the dentist to the point where the previous dentist would have to give him some type of sedative, but Dr. Kim has magical powers! The very first time I brought him to her practice he was very anxious, but as soon as she walked in, it's almost like her calmness transferred to him and he let her see his teeth with no meds! Never taking them anywhere else!

They were not very good with a 2 year old. My child was clearly terrified and they did not use any kind of techniques that you would expect a pediatric dentistry to use in order to make him feel comfortable. Im sure they do better with older children but if your child is under 4 years old, I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Kim extracted my son's two teeth at the same time. One is molar on the right side and the other is cannie on the left side. The bleeding stopped in short time, and my son wasn't really painful even 2 hours later. That is the possible time for awaking from the anesthetic. He looked same as normal time. And they resonably charged for it. I can stronly recommend for extraction by Dr. Kim. One more good point for this dental office is the controlling for covid. They check fever for all persons for visiting there and ask covid realted questions. Cleaning was also good.

We decided to change our kids dentist from this practice as they were telling us that the dentist and hygienists are too rough when they work on their teeth. In our last visit, they told us my daughter needs a filling on one of her molar teeth. We went to a new dentist to do the filling and he said her molar is fine and no filling is required.

This was our first visit and I am pleased. They answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, scheduling was extremely easy, new patient paperwork was right online and easy to complete, they don't have you waiting forever to be seen. Everyone that worked there was excellent with my 3 year old daughter and the appt was quick. I highly recommend.

I still can't get over how consistently good Mustard Seed Pediatric Dentistry is. There is never a wait, and the staff is always very nice and positive. Definitely will continue to recommend them!

All for my kids 4 of them go to Dr Kim when office just open , they still come to see Dr Kim everytime when they need to get to check up and care they love her staff and Dr Kim.

Great experience every time. I've been taking my kids for close to ten years. No problems. Ever! All caring staff. We are lucky to have such a wonderful dentist close to us. I would definitely recommend everyone to take your children here.
