Born in Biloxi, Mississippi and raised in Hueytown, Alabama, Dr. Herring Musial has lived and practiced dentistry in Mobile, Alabama since 2000. While attending Samford University, she participated in undergraduate studies in Glasgow, Scotland and received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 1998 from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. An avid continuing education devotee, Dr. Herring Musial continues to seek additional training in the latest advancements in technology, including BIOLASE laser treatment, restorative implants, and endodontic and periodontal therapy. She is a certified provider for Perio Protect and Denmax Lumineers.
Dr. Herring Musial is a member of Christ United Methodist Church and her three children attend St. Lukes Episcopal School, where she has presented lectures on forensic dentistry and oral hygiene. They all enjoy participating in sports, especially swimming, golf, and basketball, and love attending the Bay Bears, USA Womens Basketball, Atlanta Braves, Saints, and Alabama football games. Dr. Herring Musial is an instructor for the Alabama Dental Hygiene Program, as well as the Faulkner State and Fortis Dental Assisting programs and is very supportive of numerous philanthropic, educational, and sports-related organizations and programs in Mobile and surrounding areas.

I'm almost 24 years old and just had my first dentist appt in a loooonnnngggg time in about 15 years because of fears of needles and peoples hands in my mouth. I am going to honestly say this dentist is the best. I'm only 24 and I plan on coming here for as long as she allows me to. Valerie talks to you during the procedure. I didnt feel uncomfortable at all. I had a root canal and I didn't even feel it. I felt some pressure but that's all. I have only been here once but I will def be going back. A+ in my book and I am terrified of the dentist like shakes butterflies crying the works and they were all so great and caring. All around great experience. Her being a woman also made the experience better. Not having anybody judge you but having people actually help you.

I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 YEARS, so needless to say, I was more than a little nervous about going in for a cleaning! Thank goodness I picked Musial Dental Center! Dr. Musial & her staff were very kind and I felt no judgement. Also, I absolutely adored my dental hygienist, Jackie ( I think). She was the sweetest and really made me feel at ease about the whole process! I definitely walked out feeling 100% better than I did going in, and I can't wait for my next appointment!

For the last 20 years I've been so afraid to go to the dentist because of course i had bad experiences, but Dr. Musial really changed my mind today. She's so gentle and thorough and kind , so is her office staff. I've already recommended her to 3 people and my children her as well highly recommend!!

This is the Best Dental office in the city of Mobile this place has an Excellent staff I am so happy to be their patient can't wait until my next appointment, I know its sounds crazy for me to want to see the dentist again, I highly recommend Musial Dental office
