TMD specialist! Dr. Khalifeh is truly an orofacial pain specialist and the most thorough out of anyone that I have seen for TMJ issues. His staff is incredibly friendly and very understanding. When I first called they were very on top of it and worked hard to see my quickly as I was able to get an appointment for the following week. During my initial consultation, Dr Khalifeh provided the most thorough examination out of anyone else I've seen. While most dentists take one look and try and sell you an expensive appliance, Dr. Khalifeh actually explained what was causing my symptoms in great detail. He was able to provide an accurate treatment plan that was tailored to me and not a cookie cutter. He expressed a genuine interest in my specific issues and has a passion for what he does. Side note, I never knew how deep my hard palette was until he pointed it out when he was scanning my teeth. It gave me insights on my singing voice and how to play to my strengths more! During our consultation, I was able to bring in a panoramic x-ray that I had taken a month earlier and he was able to point out things that other dentists have missed. He suggested that I follow up with an ENT after he saw a potential issue with my sinus cavity. When I did follow up with an ENT, she was very impressed by how detailed Dr Khalifeh was and asked for his contact so she could refer patients to him. Since I started the treatment plan Dr. Khalifeh has laid out for me, I have definitely seen improvements with my daily pain. It's been a couple weeks and I can't wait to see more improvement. If something isn't covered up front by your insurance, his staff is incredibly helpful at navigating the medical billing and paperwork to make a claim to your insurance. I highly recommend Dr Khalifeh as he is a wealth of knowledge and a dentist you can trust to recommend what's best for the patient. He's a doctor that has impressed other doctors and he certainly impressed me which is definitely what you want from a health care professional!

BEST DENTIST EVER! Do your oral health a favor and make the call to see him! Dr. Khalifeh has been my dentist for 20 years and I can say he truly cares for his patients; it shows in his extra efforts and his kindness. Dr. Khalifeh has improved my health in countless ways, but two major ones are 1) recognizing my restricted nose breathing that would eventually hurt my teeth and helping me get the proper treatment and rectifying it (who knew breathing through your nose while brushing your teeth could actually happen?!) to 2) relieving the extreme pain and popping in my jaw and head from my severe case of TMJ. Dr. Khalifeh has injected Botox in my jaw and temples and it is LIFE CHANGING! I had no idea that I had grown accustomed to feeling awful with constant dull headaches, tightness in my jaw and popping from grinding all night (I grind so hard I've broken night guards) that my first round of Botox I immediately felt better. I've had two rounds and going to do my third and final soon and so grateful Dr. Khalifeh came up with an amazing solution that doesn't involve surgery. The procedure is not covered by insurance but is the best money spent. I trust Dr. Khalifeh with my life and with these procedures, he's made my life better. He also has the most kind and gentle bedside manner; I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Khalifeh but if you get anything from my review, get this - your life will be enriched from a visit to Dr. Khalifeh! Few things: STAFF is top notch and very attentive and helpful as well as kind - they care about you too. Elizabeth has always been so wonderful and anytime I email her, she replies right back as well as handles the insurance so well and wants the best for the patient. They also do their absolute best in accommodating you and offer flexible days where the are open later. OFFICE: Great location, always exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. Never a backed up waiting room (in fact I'm usually the only patient in the lobby) they schedule appointments well and I never have to wait more than 1 or 2 minutes. They always have the latest technology and they offer so many ways of communication which is great in this busy day and age. I also love his newsletter that comes via email, it has interesting facts. HYGIENIST: Debbie is perfection! When I started with Dr. Khalifeh he used to do my cleanings and obviously that changed over the years especially with his extensive research, studies and instructing at USC but he found an outstanding replacement. Debbie is so gentle and does a very thorough job and is very complimentary if you're doing well flossing and keeping your teeth clean. I just love Debbie and wished she worked more days because only since I live out of town now, but I know I'm in good hands with her and trust her in every way. If you have any anxiety about going to the dentist, Debbie will ease all that for you. She is amazing at her career and truly cares. I love Dr. Khalifeh and all his staff. I have only had wonderful experiences and trust Dr. Khalifeh in every way possible. He's amazing and so accomplished and I feel lucky he's my dentist. He's first class all the way! Do yourself a favor and have some self care and call Dr. Khalifeh

had an amazing experience with Dr. Khalifeh and his staff! went in for a small procedure (which went really smoothly, without any pain) but came out with tons of tips and guides about sleeping, gum diseases, acid refluxes,... No other dentist gave me a detailed and thorough explanation of issues I wasn't aware of in the first place. You could tell right away how passionate and genuinely caring Dr. Khalifeh is towards his patients!

I stumble at Museum Dental Center which was next to my physical therapy at 5757 Wilshire Blvd. Promenade 5. Los Angeles California 90036. I got to tell you that in 50+ years the worst Doctor to go to is the dentist. In by saying that I made my first appointment a few months ago. Dr. Khalifeh said to me after taking 100+ pictures of my mouth told me if I was going to be a team player I shouldn't even begin because it was that bad. The first think he did was total deep cleaning and you know how painful that can be. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Fast forward last week I was in so much pain before I had to go out of town and went to see him emergency appointment. He said the I'm grinding my teeth at night and my whole side is inflamed. So he gave me 2 shots from the outside oh my cheek all the way in my gum. Again no pain while injecting. When I got home I was still in a lot of pain and about to go out of town so I called the secretary Elizebeth and panic , I said I'm not going on this trip with all this pain I'm having, so she patch me through to the Dentist. He said don't worry it will pass and sure enough an hour later gone. If you ever need a Dentist I highly recommend Dr. Khalifeh. He's also a professor at USC a couple of days a week. So make your appointment. You won't be sorry. He does everything including implants.

Dr. Kalifeh and his team are the best in town! I was suffering from severe, recurring mouth sores. He's helped me get that under control. Along with Debbie who gives the best cleanings in town!!! And as an added bonus I never have to wait when I go.. the rest of the team; including Elizabeth is always extremely helpful and detailed. De best!

I have had TMD for almost four years. I have been to several doctors, physical therapy, ENT, and dentists, but they did not know how to help relieve my pain. Most of them did not even diagnose it as TMD and thought it was allergies or ear infection. After years of trial and error, I researched and discovered the field of Orofacial Pain and called this office because I saw such great reviews! I was very impressed with the customer service on the phone. Elizabeth and Maria (I think that is her name) are so nice. I asked about my first appointment and they were very assuring and said they want to help me! This was the first time I went to a doctors office and they were very passionate to help my TMD! On my first appointment Dr. Khalifeh told me treatment starts today! I was very impressed they took the scan on my first visit and Dr. Khalifeh right away explained to me the findings on the scan. He explained TMD in detail and recommend treatment to me. He first starts with self care techniques like exercises and heat therapy and those helped so much with my jaw and neck tension! He goes step by step to see if self care treatment works before using other treatments, which I really appreciate! My second appointment he showed me how to use my new nightguard and gave me great advice. No other doctor office followed up with my TMD. They would give me medicine and go. But here, they take care of you and care about how you are doing. Dr. Khalifeh is board certified in Orofacial Pain and one of the few doctors around that are qualified to treat TMD issues. Finally after years of pain I had all my questions answered. Now time to recover! Dr. Khalifeh also adjusted my crown that was hurting and it feels much better. Thank You Dr. Khalifeh and staff! Highly recommend!

Look no further than Dr. Khalifeh and Museum Dental. From the front desk staff to the hygienists to Dr. Khalifeh himself, everyone is excellent and provide the best care. This is the best dentist I've seen!

I cannot even tell you how much of a great dentist Dr. Khalifeh is! One year ago, I had a terrible dental experience. I was completely traumatized after the other dentist had put me through so much pain, I thought I would never get my dental work finished. When I met Dr. Khalifeh all that changed, he has always been there to first calm me down, then fix the problem. Dr. Khalifeh is knowledgeable and very caring. He enjoys what he does very much, and it shows in the quality of his work and the time he spends to make it right. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has had traumatizing experiences with other dentists. I honestly do not know why anyone would ever go to anyone else!

I found Museum Dental on the list of dentists from the American Academy Of Dental Implant Dentistry and am very pleased with my choice. An implant is serious business. The staff is very helpful in regard to scheduling, billing and describing procedure. Dr. Khalifeh is gentle and very skilled. I feel safe and taken care of in the chair. I find his practice very fair. I don't feel oversold or pressured into procedure. I am going to use Museum Dental for all of my dental needs from now looking forward.

Went to see Dr. Khalifeh and I couldn't have had a better experience! People at the reception were super friendly and welcoming. They were following all of the covid-19 protocols. Dr. Khalifeh is very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, he explained my issues with a lot of clarity. Will definitely be coming back again and I'm going to be recommending him to friends and family!

I have been a patient of Dr. Khalifeh's for over 25 years and I am always impressed with the breadth of his expertise, combined with his gentle manner. He genuinely cares about his patients and I trust him completely. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely give Museum Dental Center 5 stars!

I desperately needed a bridge replacement. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Dr. Khalifeh and his staff! Greeted with respect, dignity, and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for his patients and their many, diverse needs. Patience, persistence, and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Khalifeh and his staff come through with flying colors! 4th or 5th time going there. Great decor/setting. Modern. Professional and friendly Staff. GREAT experience!! Highly recommended! Very clean. Extremely up-to-date, with the latest dental technology. Good customer service and very thorough exams!! The most impressed I have ever been with a DDS and dental office in 50 yrs and to date. I literally hate going to the dentist! I would not write this review (I never have for a DDS office) unless I really felt that way. And the Doctor is very knowledgeable and very much into the latest technology! Very impressed still, after several visits!! Also, not after me for every penny they can get. On the contrary; no pressure at all. And the routine exams, again, are the most thorough I have ever had. Just being honest.
