Unbelievably great experience! Child had to have multiple teeth extracted. Super anxious! Dr. Muse and staff put us all at ease. The front office staff even helped us navigate the insurance gauntlet and were happy to do it. If you are in need of oral surgery, I would highly recommend this establishment!

Can't say enough about these folks. Of course the care is excellent, but the experience was so pleasant, that it makes you want to back just to visit. On a scale of 10, I give them an 11.

I can't say enough great things about the team here. Dr. Muse was absolutely wonderful in calming my nerves. I was so nervous about my having my wisdom tooth removed because of a previous traumatic experience. I can't thank Dr. Muse and his wonderful staff enough for making this such an easy process. He patiently listened and have me different options, and he will definitely tell you what is best for you while thoughtfully weighing the risks and benefits. I highly recommend this place for any oral surgery needs. They are so great!

Dr Muse was so caring and thoughtful with my 10yo. He answered all of her questions and my questions, taking a lot of time and explaining things clearly. He even answered follow up questions via phone. Highly recommend

I would highly recommend Dr. Muse and his staff! He and all of his staff are wonderful. I am a dental hygienist and I referred my mother and my sister to Dr. Muse for implants. He placed one for each of them. They both had exceptional service and are extremely satisfied and happy. If I, any of my friends or acquaintances ever need oral surgery services I would send them no place else with complete confidence.

Dr Muse and staff are wonderful. This is really 2 reviews since he pulled one of my molars due to teeth resorption summer 2019 and my daughters wisdom teeth January 2020. Both procedures went very well and best of all neither one of us remember the procedure itself due to the combination of versed, fentanyl and propofol. There is postop pain but that can't be avoided. Staff super friendly and concerned. Nurse called on postop day 1 to make sure we were fine. Dr Muse even gave us his cellphone number but neither of us needed it. He also has excellent bedside manners.

I'm 62yo and had to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Everyone was kind, accommodating and efficient. Dr. Muse has great bedside manner. I had twilight anesthesia and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. It was painless and as nice an experience as you could possibly have for a tooth extraction! He's my "go to" for any other such needs.

This office's level of customer service and positive patient interaction is superior. The helpful receptionist offered to stay on the phone with me while I found the building's parking lot, and the entire staff appeared genuinely concerned about my daughter and making her feel at ease. The friendly nurse was gentle and competent and obviously loved her job - she chose to work on her birthday! Dr. Muse was simply phenomenal. What a wonderful person to interact so happily with my daughter that she couldn't help but laugh despite her nervousness. He was thorough and took his time, explained things clearly to ensure we both understood, and even made my daughter a balloon. This office is highly, highly recommended.

I switched oral surgeons after dissatisfaction with the doctor who was treating me. I'd lost trust but because I was in the middle of procedures, I found it difficult to do. I couldn't be happier about making that choice. Dr. Muse and his staff extend themselves to give excellent care. I experienced ease of communication about the surgery, the costs & my concerns. I appreciate the gentleness and efficacy of care I received so much. I highly recommend Dr. Muse !

I was impressed with the attention to details, kindness and care of my daughter when she had to have a few teeth extracted. Dr. Muse is kind, and personable. His staff are wonderful, especially Rachel and Ann watching over my little girl. She was in no pain later in the day and back to school the next day.

I have had about 3 oral surgeries done over the last 10 years - all at the office of Dr John Muse. I would not go to any other dental surgeon. Dr Muse is the nicest & most caring man you'd ever want to meet. He puts your mind at ease, explains everything carefully to you so you understand all of the procedure. His staff is wonderful as well.
