I got my teeth cleaned a couple of days ago and also needed an adjustment on my new top denture. I have a lot of loose tissue in the roof of my mouth (surgery is the preferred option, expensive) so have had some difficulty adapting. Doc Cantrell told me we could try a 45 minute re-line procedure in the office that has worked well on other patients so I agreed. I went to the front to make an appointment. Christy (who is the best) was making my appointment and asked if I some extra time and I said yes. She said she was going back and talk to Doc and see if he could do it right now. Got the green light, had the procedure and so far so good and best part was no charge. They really walked the extra mile for me and I have been going there for 6 years and staff is great and never a bad experience.

Christie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Joy performed my cleaning and was great. She was very thorough and concerned with how I was doing the entire time.

Excellent care and service. I feel very comfortable in going to MI Dental Group for the last 3+ years for any dental needs. Entire staff is professional and punctual. They have attended to all my issues quickly and effectively.

I used to love this place and recommended it to many, but now I will be telling everyone I know not to come until they get a new dentist. Their new dentist, Dr. Cantrell, is terrible. He was extremely rude to both my spouse and my mother. I will explain both. 1.) My mom- He asked her about life which she proceeded to tell him that she has to make a trip up North to see her brother in law who is not doing well. He proceeded to make a joke about him dying which is unacceptable. 2.) My Spouse- My spouse had a cavity. The dentist then went on to lecture my spouse about quitting eating candy and to stop drinking iced tea. First of all my spouse doesn't do either also, as a dentist he should know genetics have big impacts on a persons oral health. My spouse brushes, uses dental floss, mouth wash, and overall has better oral hygiene than me. I have never had a cavity while my spouse has had many. We told the office manager about my spouses incident. She was great and apologized. Then she told the dentist and at my spouses next appointment the dentist decided instead of apologizing to lecture my spouse again. Their staff is great, but again their dentist is the worst dentist I have ever seen in my life. If they ever fired him or he retires, I would happily come back, but until that happens I will have to find a new dentist.

Staff was very professional and courteous. Look forward to next visit. Just had next visit. 4 teeth extracted and temp denture installed. Am so pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless this was. They are all wonderful to me. Thanks y'all!

As a retired dental professional I can assure you these folks are exceptional! I always look forward to my cleanings and catching up with Joy, my hygienist. From the front office to the treatment area you are made to feel welcome and the staff is informative, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend them for your dental care.
