Dr. Megan Nevills-Moseley and her very dedicated staff give each patient such a personalized touch to make you feel very welcomed and important. They welcome questions or concerns about your dental care and answers each question in a way that you can understand and comprehend. Patient care is a priority and upmost important to Murrayhill dental staff for this reason and more is why I would highly recommend anyone who ever had a bad experience at the dentist to try Murrayhill Dental.

Dr Mosley It's such an excellent, caring dentist! She truly cares about her patients and takes time and listens to their needs. I've had several situations where she's taken care of me as a patient and has went above and beyond. I Also adore her staff!

Very accommodating and professional. I came in an emergency situation where tooth crown had popped off. The damage was complicated and the solution and plan for repair was determined immediately. I highly recommend Murrayhill Dental.

I seriously love all the staff members here. Makes going to the dentist easier for those who get nervous. They are thorough and informative. Provide upfront estimated costs if work needs to be done. Me, I love getting my teeth cleaned! What an incredible group.

Not a fan of going to the dentist, but the Murrayhill Dental Office is so welcoming to get my dental visits done with ease. Pamela was very thorough with the cleaning, while helping to distract with engaging conversation. Their front office staff are excellent and very friendly and customer service oriented.

Dr. Megan is a prototype Dentist. She took time away from her family to consult and care for me over the Memorial Day weekend. I had called my Dentist and was looking for help with an extremely painful tooth and all I could receive from them is "SORRY"! Dr. Megan demonstrated care, concern, kindness, and Dental professionalism that I desperately needed to eliminate the pain. Very Appreciative for taking the time for this Veteran!

Dr. Mosely is very professional. She is highly knowledgeable, quick to ascertain the problem and to the point when discussing treatment. Unfortunately she is not adept when it comes to listening to patients concerns. At each of my three appointments at this office I spoke to Dr. Mosely about my night guard, which was made at a different office, and about how it did not fit and I would like it to be adjusted. At the first appointment Dr. Mosely said that wouldn't be a problem and I could make an appointment for it after my current tooth problem was fixed. At the second appointment, she did not recall the previous discussion, but again said to make an appointment and she could adjust the night guard no problem. The third appointment was for the adjustment. Due to an emergency another patient experienced the Dr. was an hour late to our appointment. I have not redacted any "stars" for this as I understand emergencies happen and knew my appointment was not regarding a pressing issue. However after waiting an hour the doctor came and told me to put my night guard in hot water before wearing it at night and then rushed me out of the office. There was no apology for the wait, which was fine, and thank god she did not charge me, otherwise my review would be much worse. But she also did not do anything. None of the information I gave about the night guard changed between these appointments and I was told always an adjustment would be no problem. The doctor could have told me at any of my previous appointments to put my night guard in "hot water" before wearing it instead of having me make a separate appointment, but she didn't. I can only assume from this that she was never really listening to what I was saying in the first place. Furthermore, I was told there was "no way" she could adjust the night guard and the only solution would be to pay for another to be made. I was never given an explanation for this contradiction to her earlier statements at previous appointments. At previous appointments I expressed my concern that the ill-fitting night guard might push my teeth out of alignment. I finally asked at this appointment whether that was a concern since the doctor was not going to do any adjustments. She said "I wouldn't be worried about it unless I see you again and your teeth have shifted." This response baffled me. Does this mean it could happen? It's unlikely? She can't tell if it will happen or not? I cannot interpret this answer as anything other than a brush off. At my previous appointment (which was only a day earlier), I told the doctor I was still experiencing pain in the tooth she had worked on previously. I asked specifically if the pain was something I should be concerned about, and she said only if I was still feeling pain in about a week. Then, the NEXT DAY, she was very concerned I was still in pain and suggested I make another appointment about the tooth. So did I really need to be concerned about the pain, contradicting what she previously said? The answers the doctor gives shows she is not actually really listening to client concerns. Although she is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing and I would even say more adept at diagnosing than most of my previous dentists, however due to the lack of attention I received I will not be returning to Dr. Mosely's office. Other reasons for the low rating are the inconvenient office hours, and impossibly hot waiting room. (Even in the summer they have the fireplace running full blast.) The front staff is average, not great, but not terrible. If you don't care about your dentist caring about you as an individual instead of as just a "mouth" then you will probably be very happy with Dr. Mosely's service.

The Dr. Is ok. They like to play games in the billing department though. Twice they have sent me additional charges in the mail after I had paid my balance at the time I got my services performed. The lady who does billing doesn't listen and doesn't care if they keep their customers.

I have felt so welcomed and my new dentist is so compassionate and warm and professional and fast! We are happily surprised at how much our insurance covers. I highly recommend this place

I haven't been to the dentist in over 20yrs as my last time was a bad experience. Love the people here!! made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Going to have my family start coming here. Thank you Brent for referring me to this great group..

My past dental interactions were not pleasant. So to say the least I was a bit apprehensive. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Moseley and the staff. The moment I walked in I was treated kindly and felt welcome. Everything was easy from checking in to checking out and making my next appointment. I was treated with care through out the whole experience x-rays, teeth cleaning, and exam. Every single interaction they made you feel like you were the only patient. Thank you!!!

Sherri was outstanding - a calm and well seasoned hygienist. I appreciated her wealth of information, pleasant demeanor, and giving my jaw a rest now and then. Overall the whole staff was delightful. Aaaaand, of course, Dr. Moseley, she is such a kindhearted person it's a treat that she takes time to visit a bit and really know me. Great office!
