3 month cleaning appt & 15 mins late, so they couldn't see me, I never get seen on time when I'm on time anyways, seem like they don't want my business. Today I canceled them and have a new dentist and an appointment for a cleaning. Spent over 6 grand @ tgis location for my entire family BYE!!

Dr Brown and staff were the absolute best! Made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Did a great job looking after me and my TMJ. 10/10 would and will recommend!

Today my visit was good my first experience with a deep. Cleaning. I don't recommend.... make sure y'all are getting your cleaning done every 6 months not fun but they are great

Dr. Alahari diagnosis and treatment was great. This time she treated my wife's upper front aching four teeth and feeling relieved. The staff was very polite and cooperative. I recommend this office to my friends and family members.

Update July of 2022 Dr. Alihari is so very skilled and gentle. Her staff is kind, willing and able. I adore these women and gentleman. I am so very grateful for the basics which are handled there with such attention to detail! The dentist herself could not be more generous and skillfully dedicated to the ART of dentistry and quite frankly to being a practitioner! Thank you, thank you, thank you each and every one of you!!! I came to you in such pain, questionable insurance and a ton of fear...now I keep all of my appointments and I am usually on time. Lol Honestly, I originally chose Murphy Crossing Dental in 2018 because they had offered a coupon which I was interested in so I called and learned it was expired. However, Mary was so kind and receptive and their reviews were so good I went ahead and made an appointment. I've been thrilled ever since. Every appointment I learn something new, I feel pampered when I'm there, (yes- at the dentist's office!) both hygienists Jessica and another lady have been gentle and thorough and I'm at a loss for words when it comes to Dr. Sarah Chilmeran. She has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion and she had only just met me. I feel as if I've been their patient for many years, when in truth it's been less than two. Their prices are very reasonable. Due to a recent disability, finances are very tight in my small household and I'm having to watch every penny so I've shopped around and Murphy Crossing Dental's prices are very competitive with the metroplex average. I really cannot say enough good things about this little hidden gem of a Dentist and Staff whom I've discovered In Murphy Crossing Dental! I feel quite blessed to be their patient. Update... July 13, 2020... the review still Rings true... every detail, every word! Ruby, my most recent hygienist was extremely accurate, thorough, gentle and kind! She was quick to defer to Dr. Chilmeran when needed and the Dentist, of course was on hand to help!!! May I also add that in reference to any Covid 19 concerns that everyone from the front desk all the way to the last person I encountered was masked and shielded/glassed and gloved up! The front desk had a huge shield, there are only 4 chairs in the lobby and precautions are observed throughout the entire process. Update May 2022... yep, yep yep except patients no longer have to wear masks. Still top notch care from Emily all the way to Dr. Alihari.simply the best!!!

I love Murphy Crossing Dental Care!!! The Dentist, the Hygienist, The Front Staff are all FABULOUS. They take as much time as you need to feel comfortable with whatever your procedure is from start to finish. The appointment, checking on the $$ amount, the procedure to following up on how you are doing. You cannot go wrong if you choose this practice for your oral health care.

I had the best experience ever the other day - Omar and Dr. Alahari are very personable and experienced - this was the first time I felt comfortable in a dentist's chair! I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing anxiety from getting dental work done! They are the best!

Very bad experience.. went there as a new patient and to do the regular cleaning, they said I need deep cleaning and it will cost me $670. I said I will do the regular cleaning only this time, they refused to do it.

I used to go here since leaving my pediatric dentist and have never felt comfortable. Recently switched dentists due to treatment I felt unnecessary and wanting to receive a second opinion. My new dentist has heavy focus on education and makes me feel like a part of the treatment. At Murphy crossing I always felt pressured to buy a different whitening gel, mouth wash, different cleaning or fluoride. Just always felt like I was being sold to which is not an experience I want to have at a dentist. My family stopped coming here a few years before I did and I wish I left sooner. My second option was 1/3 of the price and I would have spent was Murphy crossing charges because they left me feeling good and involved with my care.

Bad experience. I had an appointment and my husband today to have dental services. The receptionist leaning and rocking her chair in an unprofessional way and talking on the phone in stead of saying excuse me I am on the phone with a smile as a professional, in a stern face she handed the paperwork to my husband in an impolite way leaning and rocking her chair without hello nothing therefore we cancelled on the spot bec her attitude tells a lot about the clinic and their service as a whole. We didn t feel respected.

As nervous as I was the doctor and staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Even though the procedure was long, they are well worth the time spent to get your dental needs taken care of. I'll be able to smile with confidence again thanks to them. I would double recommend this office to anyone. They are great

This was one of the best deep cleaning I've had done yet!!! I usually get anxiety very bad with any dental visit, but this time was very different..The hygienist she did an outstanding job!!! Plus no other dentist I've had gave me an antibiotic treatment as well as a special mouthwash to continue to fight the bacteria build up..Very pleased even with the front desk ladies...Best experience overall I've had!!!!
