Amazing team! I will be going here for all future cleanings and anything dental. The front office staff are welcoming and caring, then you get to the dental hygienist and Dentist, all very nice, comforting and painless! Thank you all, see you in 6 months

I took my 4 kids ages 13 14 & 1 & 2 & first off the staff infront was the sweetest. Moving to the back that staff was so gentle and welcoming . The doctor came in and was very Patient with Kynnedi as she got very nervous. Overall we was there for 2 hours. Thank you for being sweet to my kids

The entire experience from start to finish was impeccable. There is a legitimate reason this place has a 5 star rating. This office is clean, hygienic, fun, and comfortable. I refuse to go anywhere else for my cleanings and will gladly recommend this place to EVERYONE. The wait for the appointment was worth it and my appointment was put on a waitlist where I was bumped up two months early. My hygienist, Chelsea, kept everything fun and lighthearted. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it and made my visit extremely comfortable. We had a great, hilarious conversation between the cleaning and fyi, there is a such thing as sugar cookie toothpaste (I opted for that flavor during my cleaning, and it was so tasty). Dr. Jackson highlighted any problem areas I had and even recommended an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal that was extremely close to their office . She showed and explained X-ray images and even provided an itemized list of areas they wanted to focus on for my next visit, also including what my insurance will and will not cover. This give me 6 months to plan to have this issue taken care of. Honestly, I've been going to dentists for over 3 decades, and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. I've found my permanent place. Wonderful office. Keep up the fantastic work!!

After my dental care at Murfreesboro Family Dentistry they told me i had a credit balance, shortly after they then said i owed money. I had 2 insurance companies at that time that have always paid for my checkups and xrays in full which i gave to the dental office. I informed the dentist office more than once and gave them the insurance information more than once. They didn't bill my blue cross/blue shield and instead turned me over to collection for 80 dollars. They damaged my credit due to their incompetence. I'll pay the 80 dollars to try to fix my credit but i would suggest to everyone NOT to go there. And she slipped with the drill on my gums and was sore for days and bled like crazy.

I love this dentistry practice! I've been a patient for over 2 years, and still come here even though I've moved to Smyrna. Dr. Jackson is friendly and knowledgeable, and her entire staff is kind and helpful. My family will continue to come here for all of our dentistry needs.

Generally speaking, I promote positive reviews, but on rare occasion, I'll point out areas needing improvements that a business can potentially get much better with. 1) My 14 year old son had been waiting a long time for a needed cleaning. 2 days b4, someone called to reschedule, him. When I said no, they were rude. 2) There was an accident several blocks from the business making us arrive 9 minutes late. In a very rude manor, the receptionist informed us they had a "cancel if 3 minutes late" policy. I asked to get a message to my son's Mom, whom was getting a cleaning done by the same doctor AT THE TIME. The receptionist was mercilessly rude in not even checking with (the same doctor tied up cleaning my son's mother's teeth), if my "6 minutes late" son could still be seen after his mother's cleaning.

Dr. Jackson and her team are always great. By far the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr. Jackson suggested treatments for issues that have bothered me for years which were a lot less expensive and painful than I imagined.

Dr. Jackson is incredibly patient and attentive. I have a very extreme fear of the dentist and she had made my experience the easiest it could possibly be on me. She extracted 2 teeth that were giving me serious issues and I have had zero pain or discomfort. She made me almost not fear going to the dentist. I appreciate everything the entire staff does and how understanding and kind they are!!!

Hands down best dentist office I've ever been to. Staff was always extremely kind, and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in a setting that I don't think anyone naturally feels comfortable in. The dentist was also kind and seemed to care about doing a great job above all else, not just drilling holes in mouth bones for money. I highly recommend Murfreesboro Family Dentistry to anyone who's looking for a genuinely great dentists office.

I've been searching for a family dentist since we moved to Murfreesboro and I'm sure I found it. Very pleased with the service and procedure. I came in with a pretty inflamed infection under my tooth. They got the X-ray done, gave me my options and went forward with the procedure all within a little over an hour. Very nice staff! Our family will definitely be back with our dental needs. Thanks again!

My daughter needed an emergency appointment. Hailey was so friendly and helped get us in same day. She helped me work through some insurance issues with ease. Her customer service was too notch. Rachel, the Dental Assistant, was so good with my daughter. She explained everything she was doing creating a fear free environment. Dr Jackson was knowledgable about the current treatment needed and how to prevent it in the future. We recommend Murfreesboro Family Dentistry to everyone we know. For a family with dental anxiety we all look forward to going in, which is unheard of!

My boyfriend just switched over to this office and has not stopped talking about it all day. He is bragging to everyone how excellent this establishment is and trying to get everyone to convert!
