This place has terrible customer service, I spoke with Joanne on the phone and she was very rude and not willing to help me out at all, they called me yesterday afternoon to schedule a next day appointment for a cleaning at 2pm and when I found out I was not able to come in due to a work meeting, they were already closed so I couldn't cancel, I called first thing in the morning to cancel and they tell me I would have to pay them $40 but did not state this over the phone at the time of scheduling. My family and I have been lifetime customers there but we will be taking our business elsewhere now.

I've been going here for 3 years now and I can't say enough about these guys! I used to live closer but now I live 35 minutes away and still go there because of how good they are! Dr. Murad is amazing, straight forward kind of a guy, and gets the job done efficiently and practically! I have done cleaning there every 6 months and have done a regular filling before! I had an emergency yesterday and they got me an appointment today and dealt with emergency with outmost professionalism! I had my very old (10 year) Crown falling while flossing ( it was done somewhere else in that past! I was in and out within 45 minutes and he fixed it! Absolutely love going there!

I love going to Dr.Murad's Office for so many different reasons. For his professionalism of course, but his honesty the main thing. He's the only doctor that I know so far that takes good care of his patients. If it's an emergency you'll go in no matter what. The staff are very nice and helpful. Tell them whatever you want and they'll do the best they can. I've had so many good experiences every time I go there. Keep the good work guys! Highly recommend this place.

I needed an emergency root canal. They got me in the same day. I did not have insurance and they worked with me on cost. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Murad.

Horrible service. I had to wait 1 hour and a half, they didn't do my teeth. I had an appointment at 3:30 and I left at 5 just WAITING. Very disappointed will not be going again. Someone came in and right away got taken in this room. Don't give appointments if you aren't going to let people in.

If there was less then zero I would do it the worst office i been seen in my life i been there 2 times first time I waited for 45 minutes I said ok maybe because new patient second time I waited for an hour and i said i have another appointment they said wait 20 more minutes how is that possible I left work for one hour only and they let me wait there for no reason and another guy come after me in 30 minutes they didn't let him sit for one minute that's mean they work for people that they know and they don't care about the Patients the worse stuff

My name is Manhal Kattula, me and my family have been coming for years here, till today 1/7/2021 ... the staff called my wife to confirm her and the 3 boys cleaning appointment by the way they called twice to confirm it, so we took the 3 boys out off their online schooling and dropped off our toddler to our in laws and we drove good 30 minutes and then they tell us that they called us by mistake .... nice job, human error right! .... we will never come back to this office we felt disrespectful. they did not handle the situation correctly and of-course pointing fingers start happening.

Dr. Saad Murad is a genius, a man of few words and all about quality, you can trust his decisions without thinking twice, I recommended him to my friends and they were all grateful for the referral. If you want quality and a smart dentist that you can trust do not think twice he is the best dentist I have every met (I met many "dentists" in the area because they did not have Saturday appointments before and they are horrible. Today I had my teeth cleaned and they did very good job and his daughter who is a great dentist too came and checked my teeth very carefully and took her time. I recommend them to everyone. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dr. Morad is smart and absolutely honest. The best dentist ever and a great person. He has been our dentist for 18 years. My brother comes to him from Texas for his teeth. Simply the best

I love this office, the staff is very nice and Doctor Saad is an amazing dentist his very honest and caring. The best thing is the heiginist do an amazing job cleaning your teeth they make sure nothing is missed. Thank you to everyone in this office keep up the hard work.
