I recommended so many people to this dentistry. At the beginning they were great.. but as soon as it came to getting my braces off i felt rushed. My teeth aren't close to perfect. My permanent retainers came completely off, top and bottom, within a MONTH of having them. I also had to wait an entire month for my whitening treatment that was PAID FOR ALONG TIME AGO. Never got my teeth shaped out or anything. They literally charge you for everything. PLEASE DONT GET YOU BRACES HERE. Find a place that care about getting you a perfect smile.

Excellent and friendly office. I was a new patient with an emergency type visit. I was well taken care of and was given options on what type of dental work could be done. Thank you Dr. Rogers!

I have not any problems until today when I came in today I arrived early for my appointment 15min once I arrived there once for back to photo then I waited waited waited and waited so more. I had already waited longer than expected I had already had another appointment I am working person they want to charge for cancellation for scheduling appointments late they will never been there rules for me

Took my daughter in due to pain in upper tooth. We saw Dr. Rogers who stated my daughter needed a root canal and two fillings. He was nice and showed me what he was looking at. Gave me documentation and a price of $1500. I called to ask questions regarding the crown and could not get my questions answered truthfully. I had to deal with sarcasm and the woman stifiling her laugh. When speaking to the supervisor she just overlooked what I was saying and had no real interest in my concerns. I left here long time ago as a patient. They seemed like they only care about the money. I called other dentist and each person I spoke with could give me professional courtesy, answer my questions and give me a price without attitude or sarcasm. Don't ignore the red flags with this office. When you leave a place for what ever reason don't go back.

This is an amazing place to bring your kids even tho they are scared about dentists service they make you feel comfortable and the quality is great all staff is so friendly and helpful to answer any questions I definitely recommend their service

All of the staff from the moment you walked in the office were super friendly and welcoming. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Everyone in the office greeted you with a smile. They were gentle with my daughter and very patient. They had no problem explaining any and everything. Outstanding customer service.

They were nice, sure. I paid my down payment and signed my contract and 2 days later they said they needed at least another $1,650 more up front to pull 8 teeth. And that didn't even include the CT scan they said I would probably need. Canceled my contract and lost my $800 due to the X-rays taken during my "complementary" consultation. You have to pay extra to finance, you have to pay extra to get your kids in after school. All they want is money. That's why they can charge only $3,995 for braces. They'll get their money any way they can.

They love to surprise me with unexpected bills and always wanting money. Still waiting for reimbursement from the prepayment I made pending the insurance making payments. I was able to confirm the insurance paid claims however, no reimbursements to me. I'm not saying they'll do you this way, but this has been my experience. Waiting for my child's braces to come off and I can be done with this place.

I had a consultation yesterday for my concerns with the spacing in my teeth. I'm so glad that I kept the appointment. Checking in went smooth and it didn't take long to get called back. The initial appointment took awhile but that's because of the thoroughness that was provided which helped me feel secure about the services I would be provided with. Everyone was very friendly and prompt. Even though the appointment ran long I didn't get a sense of being ignored, staff slacking or just taking their time. They actually were doing their job very well. I left the appointment satisfied with the information giving to me about services and my financial agreement. I didn't feel as if I received the run around like others places that just wanted money. The owner should be very proud to have that much staff under one building that were all friendly, professional and seemed to love what they do. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Absolutely ridiculous! I schedule as a new patient over a month ago. Provide all of my personal and dental insurance (Principal and Delta) for 3:40p only to get a call the day before to "confirm" my 7:40a regardless I rearrange my schedule and arrive at 7:30 to be told they need dental records from my previous dentist otherwise, it will cost $160 for new X-rays. They couldn't tell me yesterday!!! Then, the receptionist goes on to give me a crash course on what I should have done and "should have know" So disrespectful!! No, the office should have mentioned it during my original call or how about yesterday when "someone" changed my appointment. I have never felt so disrespected and lack of concern for MY time!

The most disrespectful disgusting staff I've ever come in contact with. I do not recommend. After they're rude they laugh about it. Because it's privately owned they think they can do whatever they want but I will be getting in touch with the Indiana Dental Association

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is a money grab. They just want to do a ton of procedures to hit their quotas for the month. No dentist should be advertising on billboards either that alone is a scam to me.

I would give this place a zero if I could because this place is a joke!!! My daughter had an appointment to put in her braces and even got a text reminder for the appointment and when we got there was told that she never had an appointment and that there was nobody in the office! Not to mention that the so called "manager" was very rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience!!! I requested a refund and didn't even bother on giving me a reason why or how I got an appointment reminder if my daughter didn't have one! I suggest you don't waste your time going to that place where they don't acknowledge your time !! Wasted time and money for nothing!!!

The absolute worst place to go in my opinion. Have had bad experiences on multiple occasions. Apparently there is a severe lack of communication among staff. I would personally seek out other options.
