I just read the most recent review and double checked to make sure she was reviewing Dr. Munselle's practice, as I have had the opposite experience. I have found Dr. Munselle to be a very adept, caring and professional dentist. All of the staff are wonderful and I cannot recommend Dr Munselle's practice highly enough.

A couple years ago, I was in search of a dentist to get some dental work done and came across Munselle Family Dentistry. I entrusted them to be my primary dentists, which I later found out was a HUGE MISTAKE. Up until a few months ago, my current destist showed me the xrays and photos of the fillings Dr. Munselle did, and I must say it was mediocre at best. Dr. Muselle did all 4 fillings at once, which was a traumatic experience as Dr. Munselle didn't even know how to properly administer the anesthesia correctly, it took about 10 or 12 shots total to numb me up, I'm guessing Muselle was trying to cut corners and cut costs. I don't need to go into detail of how painful it is when they grind your teeth down and you start to feel the nerve all the way down to your jawbone. That said, I would not recommend this office as they will take advantage of you and will look for ways to save themselves money, but still charge you and/or your insurance as much as they can. For perspective, my new dentist only does 2 fillings at a time, took the necessary steps to make sure I was in no pain, and informed me of porcelain fillings as a superior option (Munselle never even told me that was a thing, they defaulted to cheapest option of black color fillings). Munselle doesn't even deserve 1 star, LOOK ELSEWHERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Heard about Dr Munselle from a family member who is particular about their dental care. I had stopped going to the dentist after I moved away from my previous one. Dr. Munselle and her whole office have been so helpful with establishing work to be done and prioritizing work with cleanings, as well as working with me to maximize my dental insurance coverage. I appreciate her willingness to call back for dental emergencies outside office hours. Her referrals out for a tooth removal and a root canal were straight forward and I felt very well taken care of. They are great working with my special needs teen son too! I recommend her to anyone asking about a good dentist in the area.
