Dr. Charles W. Munk has been creating beautiful smiles since 2002. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. He attended dental school at the University of Michigan. Dr. Munk completed his residency and received his MS degree in orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy.
Dr. Munk is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Michigan Association of Orthodontists, the OKU Dental Honor Society, Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity and the Pinnacle Study Club. Dr. Munk is Michigan State Board Certified in the Specialty of Orthodontics.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. As a staff, we also participate in many charitable activities in our communities.
We are one of the few offices who employ primarily certified dental assistants and registered dental assistants in orthodontics. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

We've now been with Munk Orthodontics in Clarkston for five years. All 3 of my girls have been here. My middle child has had to have extensive dental work and they have explained every step of the way. Our last visit was a visit to remember. SPECIAL THANKS TO LEAH. Nothing short of AMAZING!!! We have been waiting for a "tooth" from the lab due to a congenital defect and missing tooth until its time for implants. The lab unfortunately dropped the ball twice. Leah worked her magic and went above and beyond. To see my daughter with HAPPY tears made my day! THANK YOU so much for your time.

My 11year old son has been a patient for the past 12 months! This office is fantastic! From the excellent precare for a year or so of monitoring his tooth development, to the current excellent orthodontic work! Everything is moving along as they said and his smile is even more beautiful. The Clarkston office is a wonderful facility! Incredibly clean, bright and the staff is friendly, skilled and professional :)

Love Munk Orthodontics! I have been to both facilities Oxford and Clarkston, both very clean and inviting. Staff gives the best customer service, and Dr. Munk is very informative and caring. Highly recommend their practice.
