I love being in our officethere is a lot of laughter, joking and awesome sense of camaraderie. Our group really enjoys one another, and we love letting the patients in on the fun. The best thing is when a laugh erupts in one corner of the office and you can hear it spreading down the hall.
Smiling comes easy for Dr. Thomas M. Mulroy, who has transformed thousands of smiles for his patients. Driven by his enthusiastic love of his craft, Dr. Mulroy keenly balances esthetics, technology and function into his cosmetic dentistry practice.
After graduating Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2006 Dr. Mulroy served the first years of his dental career as a captain in the US Army and completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at Ft. Jackson, SC. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, Worcester District Dental Society, and the Holden Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Mulroy and his wife live in Holden, and have three rambunctious young boys and one sweet little girl. As a family they love to bike the Rail Trail and horse around in the backyard. In his free time he loves to ski, snowmobile, or tow his old boat to discover new locations all over New England.
Alison graduated from Framingham State University with her B.S. in Biology in 2006, and received her Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008. She firmly believes the sooner we can convince our youth of the benefits of good oral hygiene the sooner we may see a decrease in the most chronic childhood disease- tooth decay. Good habits start young! Many consider her soft voice and gentle touch to be comforting. Like the rest of the team at Mulroy Family Dental, she truly cares. She loves that our office is focused on knowing each of our patients personally and providing them the time and attention to detail they deserve. Alison resides in Holden with her husband and two beautiful children. They enjoy all kinds of active pursuits including cycling, hiking and traveling.

As much as you can love the dentist, I love going to this dentist. Painless and always running on time. Awesome hygienists. Clean & friendly. Couldn't ask for a better dentist office to go to.

I developed a growing toothache while visiting from Florida. My folks recommended me to see Dr. Mulroy and his team, who were able to squeeze me in at short notice to examine me. After an X-ray and a variety of tooth vitality tests, Dr. Mulroy recommended that I have a root canal. Due to my limited time left of my vacation, Dr. Mulroy then referred me to another specialist that could see me sooner and perform the procedure during my stay in MA. You will not find a more user-friendly team willing to listen and help than Mulroy Family Dental! Highly recommend, you will be extremely satisfied!

I have been going to this dental practice since I was two years old and watched it change hands a few years ago to Dr Mulroy. I have been very impressed - not only with how Dr Mulroy handled the transition, but also with the upgrades he has made to the equipment and the service provided. The new text/email reminders leading up to the appointment are the perfect way to keep in touch in the midst of a very busy life - not to mention new 360 x-ray, ergonomic dental tools, and a fresh look for the office. The staff remains top notch as always and they were kind, caring and considerate for my son's first dental appointment at two years old. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone.

My wife and I moved back to Worcester 4 years ago and Dr. Mulroy was recommended to us. Had appointments yesterday and today. We see Dorothy who is the best hygienist we have ever seen. Doc stops in to make sure everything is 100% and you have to love him. He is surrounded by Lisa, Dorothy, Cindy and now Melissa. We smile when we leave, and always look forward to returning.

I recently have changed my family to Dr. Mulroy and I am very pleased with his friendly staff. My kids are also excited with their new toothbrushes, toothpaste and flossers. They also love their challenge of brushing their teeth day and night for a month! We are happy to find a new dentist and they have made our transition easy!

The entire team in Dr. Mulroy's office is very professional and friendly. We appreciate reminders now coming via text and email with our busy schedules! We switched our entire family over to Dr. Mulroy 4 years ago and have been very happy. He is thorough and my 3 teenage boys and husband have actually like going to the dentist!
