After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from West Virginia University, he attended DentalSchool at West Virginia University obtaining hisDoctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Mullins completedgeneral residency at the Naval Medical CenterSan Diego and served as the Dental Officer aboard theUSS DULUTH, LPD-6 during his final three years ofNavy Service.
Amy is a native of Iowa She joined the Navy in 1995, and was stationed in Coronado. She worked as an HH-46 helicopter mechanic for 3 years, left active duty then joined the Navy Reserves as a Hospital Corpsman, She retired in 2015 with 20 years of service. GO NAVY! Amy has two wonderful children; a son Branten currently serving in the Marine Corps and daughter Hannah studying Early Childhood Education in AZ. Amy has worked for over 20 years in Ortho/Dental and loves it. She is the Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager and will take care of all of your orthodontic needs!
Erica has worked with Mullins Orthodontics since 2013. You will find that she is compassionate and ensures a positive dental experience. Erica is dedicated and will help patients feel comfortable with every visit. She is from San Diego and is fluent in Spanish. Erica looks forward to waking up early to a cup of coffee, loves watching scary movies while eating her chips with lemon & hot sauce, and enjoys taking road trips with her family in their motorhome to complete their goal of visiting all of Americas National Parks. Her and her family has visited 28 out of 63 so far.
Haley was born and raised in San Diego, but did live on the east coast for a few years before returning. She also lived in Mexico city and around the Fort Worth Texas area for 18 months for a church mission. She has been Irishing dancing since she was 4 and has always had a love for performing on stage whether it was dancing, playing a musical instrument or acting. She has a deep love for animals and for being outdoors. In her free time she enjoys going to Disneyland and watching her favorite show I love Lucy. Haley is enthusiastic, charismatic and enjoys talking to everyone she meets. She has always had an interest in dentistry and has been so blessed to work at an office that creates beautiful smiles!
Samantha is an adventurous person who loves the outdoors. She is always seeking the space where life can bloom, whether it be at the desert, beach or river - anywhere to explore, breath deep and catch a smile!
