Love Dr Mullins and her staff. I get very nervous at the dentist, even for cleanings. The staff helps me to stay calm. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love this office, everyone is so kind and caring! My daughter just had a root canal and never even flinched! 100% will recommend to anyone whos had issues with shots at past dentist!

Had two teeth worked on. Both of them got infected. Ended up having to go to a good dentist and paid to do them right again. Wouldn't recommend.

I am new to the area tried a couple of places never felt heard or cared for. I came to them with bad tooth pain. I walked into the office immediately felt at home they accommodated my schedule to get me back to work quickly and help with insurance benefits I was losing. Thank you again angels

I stopped visiting this office few years ago after I had a misunderstanding with Mrs. Kecia Maxwell, a dental hygienist. I had a negative reaction to anesthesia. The symptoms included shaking, feeling very cold, heavy breathing, headache, strong and fast heartbeat and a minor panic attack. They covered me with blankets. I apologized many times not being aware what was happening to me. Mrs. Kecia told me that she gave me only one injection and that I was supposed to receive several more. I asked her not to give me any additional injections. She started comparing me to other people saying that they get more injections than me, which I found to be irrelevant since everybody reacts differently. Mrs. Kecia disregarded my explanation regarding the injection. Instead, she raised her voice and told me that she has been doing her job for many years, and that she knew what she was doing. I did not question her experience. I simply did not want that injection. Yesterday, May 5, 2021, I called to ask if I could get a medical release form, so that I could avoid the same problem with the new dentist. I asked her to tell me the ingredients of the shot that affected me earlier. I thought it was epinephrine, but Mrs. Kecia mentioned mepivacaine (according to what I understood). I was not familiar with it. I needed more information regarding the ingredient that made me feel so sick, but Mrs. Kecia did not like my questions, and she did not have the patience to help me understand. She hung up the phone. I have called and visited many other dental practices over the years. I have never had a similar experience. Nobody has ever yelled at me. No one has ever been so impatient and unwilling to help. Mrs. Kecia is explosive and rude, and I am happy that I am no longer her patient. Lora S.

All the girls are wonderful here! Dr Mullins is so friendly and joyful. Kecia is absolutely wonderful with kids. They are upfront with you about cost and prices are very reasonable. They offer Invisalign for adults and children, my son currently has them and I will be starting soon! If you are looking for an exceptional place for dental care, this is the place to go!

Bizarre!! to say the least. I asked how long she had been a dentist and she NEVER answered me. Avoided all of my questions with a question or the most bizarre comment. Totally weird dentist. Charged $2200 for a set of dentures that look like Dollar Tree toys. Took 3 visits over a period of 2 months and absolutely nothing was accomplished. Last visit teeth still doesn't fit and her and her staff acted like they were looking at the teeth for the first time and proceeded to say for $700 more they could send them to be fixed with no guarantee. WTH? Kind of business is this? DO NOT GO HERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! The staff started off just as friendly until things went south, then their true colors showed. Totally unprofessional. I have nice set of play teeth for Halloween.

Dr. Samantha Mullin and her team are absolutely amazing. My family moved to their office in late 2019 for our dental needs and I am so glad we did. Their office offers a wide array of services and have the experts in staff to provide the highest quality of dental services that you will find in this area. My older daughter had a condition referred to as mottled enamel on her teeth and had been unhappy with her smile for many years. We were able to get her teeth fixed at a very affordable cost and now she is very proud of her amazing smile. Kecia has spent the time to educate us on all aspects of dental care and our treatment options. My younger daughter was in the need of orthodontic treatment and in January 2020 we made the decision to move forward with Invisalign with Dr. Mullin's office which has proven to be another very good decision as my daughter's teeth are within a few months of being done with treatment and look perfect! We are so pleased with the outcome of both of these services and highly recommend this team for any dental needs that you have for you and your family. Thank you Dr. Mullin and Team for Everything! We love to come and see our favorite dental office!

I personally have the worst anxiety when it comes to dental offices. Dr Mullins and staff were so understanding of this and made me feel safe, and took measures to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend them.

She said I needed nineteen crowns (19) and they could be done in one day! It was over $19,000! No thank you! Go to Rockwood Dental. They are fantastic!

I am new to Marshfield lived here since February 2020. I need to find a dentist but as it turns out I had an emergency with a filling that fell out. I've never had any dental work done without nitrous I'm a very fearful patient due to several bad dental procedures that lead to infection and a great deal of pain. First met with Kecia dental hygienist who did my x-rays with the newest technology I was very impressed with the office the way looked how clean it was and nicely decorated I also had a warm and welcome feeling from the staff especially Kecia. She was kind and gentle took her time and explained everything to me and even though I was extremely fearful I felt as if I were in good hands As it turns out I had to have an extract of a wisdom tooth that had The filling fall. Kecia Numbed me and prepared me for Dr. Mullins who came in and introduced herself and I thought she was delightful energetic and professional Once I was numb Dr. Mullins did the extraction again I remind everyone I have never had a procedure done without nitrous and before I knew it it was done Within 24 hours I'm already feeling better there's not a whole lot of pain involved and at 58+ years I expected much worse of an outcome. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of services they take insurance and make you feel that you are the priority I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of services they take insurance and make you feel that you are the priority. Thank you Dr. Mullins office for such a painless and positive experience.., i'll see you again soon!!!

Dr. Mullin has been our family dentist for 15 or more years . She and her staff have always been helpful and friendly. Whenever I need work done beyond just a cleaning I know Dr Mullin and her staff will be gentle. She also keeps up to date on all of her equipment and treatments. I would recommend her to anyone needing a good dentist.
