Terrible. Just terrible. I had gone to this dentist office since I was a child. Time after time it just kept getting worse. From wait time to cost to very poor service. The last straw was we drove 45 min from home to get my daughters cavities filled. They never even told me she had cavities at her cleaning. She mentioned it to me about it a month later. So when we could finally get her in for the fillings it went like this. They took the appointment over the phone for about a month later. We both took off work. She gets to the office and they wouldn't see her. It had been "too long" since her cleaning. We've canceled all future appointments for our family and are now very happy down there road at Riverside dental. They were doing so many things wrong we just didn't realize until we left and got proper care elsewhere. It's really unfortunate.

Going on April 2022 and this place is still trying to force you to wear a mask. The CDC has already stated masks don't work. Dementia Joe lifted federal mandates. This place has always cared more about its political affiliation to the Democratic Socialist party than it does it's patients. You can arrive early and still end up waiting over 30mins for your appointment, but if you're late just 4mins they will refuse to see you. I'm done giving this place my business. Force us to wear a mask in the doorway just to take it off while the dentist hovers over my mouth as I breath during my cleaning. Great logic .

I'm so grateful for Dr. Jon and his assistant. I had to have a lot of work done on my teeth due to neglect, during my addiction. Imagine 25+ years of barely brushing, not seeing a dentist for those 25+ years and fear of going to a dentist for fear of judgement knowing how bad the teeth were. Dr. Job was gentle and caring, as was his assistant. They talked me through each appointment, made sure I was comfortable each time and never made me feel less than because of my teeth and how bad they were. I have one more appointment to go and I'm looking forward to being confidante smiling at people, which I would never do because they'd see my teeth. New teeth, New me. Thanks you so much Dr. Jon for working with me and helping me smile again. You are my hero.

I've never had a more painful experience at a dentist then with Dr. Zammuto. I don't think he even waited long enough for the anesthesia to kick in. After a month and a half of pain and no support from Mulford Dental Group, we will be leaving!

Extremely disappointed in Dr. Zammuto. After being a patient at Mulford Dental Group for over 20 years, my family of 6 was denied same day scheduling. They state that their practice is to separate family members into different day visits as to not jeopardize "seat time" in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, if you have more than 3 people in your family and you like to have your annual cleanings done on the same day or you live further than 15 minutes from the office, you might want to consider a different dentist.

Dr. Jon saw me immediately on August 10, 2020 for a painful tooth. He assessed my symptoms the best he could with the information provided and the X Ray results. Unfortunately his diagnosis of bruised tooth was incorrect. On August 11, I made an appointment for a second opinion. That opinion was an abscessed tooth. Antibiotics were prescribed and a root canal scheduled all in a matter of 24 hours. I'm hopeful had I notified Dr. Jon about the ongoing acute pain I was experiencing after the initial contact he would have made the proper referral. In my opinion Dr. Jon is a competent and caring Dentist.

Poor customer service if you have time to wait for appointments and don't mind rude receptionist and then this is the place for you.

Started going here and was initially very impressed with their services. The second to last time I went for a standard cleaning I was on time for my cleaning and ended up waiting roughly 30 minutes. No big deal I was okay with that. Fast forward to my most recent scheduled cleaning. I was BARELY 5 minutes late due to traffic and was told that they would not be able to take me and I would have to reschedule. I made arrangements and left work early for this appointment. It is apparent that this establishment does not value their client's time. I will not be returning to this clinic.
