My name is Christopher J Boyd I made an appointment on the 12th to my surprise everything I was promised I was supposed to get it wasn't available I travel almost 40 miles to get there that's one issue I was looking for a price check on the upper dentures the lady manager I know she's been there for a while give me an estimate of the premium or economical upper denture.. She had an attitude when I asked her what type of denture she's talking about.. Because I know from past experience they're like different styles some with the natural feeling of the root of your mouth with engrave of a natural feeling

Over all the employees are very nice and professional. I'm very pleased with their care and service. However, you can't ever get them on the phone. Also, their billing is a hassle if something is put in wrong. It takes months to get it corrected if it gets corrected at all.

Everyone is always friendly and your appointment time is your appointment time. No waiting 30 minutes after you arrive on time. I am really glad I found this one!

Anytime you have dental work done and you have to be deadening with shots and you don't feel any of the pokes with the needle that's got to say something for all the dentist that's worked on my mouth at Mulberry

After visiting late last year I had a Dental bur(drill) break off in my mouth and was accidentally swallowed, after they assured me it would be okay they sent me to get X-rays that they said they would cover on their expense. I had brought them a receipt for the X-rays and it has gone unpaid and has now been sent to collections. Their unwillingness to fix this situation is shown by their lack of communication and avoidance of return phone calls. Please beware of this office if anything crazy happens to you. As well when they told me both of my insurances would cover the two crowns I was getting at no charge I was later hit with a bill for $700 I only agreed to the service because they said it would be fully covered. They will deceive you to get you to agree to work and then charge you like crazy.

First appointment in a long time. Staff were proficient and tactful. My teeth and gums feel much cleaner than they have in recent memory. Everyone is polite and amicable. Enjoyable service. Would recommend.

I am an Invisalign patient who waited over 7 months for new trays, wearing the same set for 7 months while I waited too. I kept getting the runaround and when I called Invisalign direct they said my account had been closed by the office. They always have an excuse to make it seem like problems are somebody else's fault and not theirs. Multiple times I show up for an appointment after being confirmed to be told it's canceled or the dentist is not in. They never call back if I call asking to speak with the manager to get a status update. I couldn't even tell you the dentist's name or anybody's name in the office anymore because there is so much turnover. Don't ever go to this dentist office.
