These people only care about your money. My daughter needed a root canal and they estimated how much our portion would be. I understand it is an estimate, and might change somewhat. They then do the procedure and we get a bill for a huge difference. We are trying to figure it out, talking to them to keep them informed also, and we find out that my daughters insurance had reached its maximum. Which, if they had called like they were supposed to do, they would have known and should have told us. This all took a little time, and during the meantime they send an invoice with literally a past due sticker on both sides of the envelope, and on every page of the invoice inside. They then called a few days later to demand payment. It had already been set up through billpay, but they just want to bully people. This should have been in the notes, but again, they just want there money. Go someplace where they do the job right and treat you with respect.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional.Dr. Baumgarth and his assistant Amy were thorough and attentive. The procedure went expertly. I felt very well taken care of!

Dr. Baumgarth is an excellent endodontist! He seems very skilled at solving problems that even my own dentist thought would have to have a more drastic solution. He carefully explains each step he's taking. I his nurse and office staff are friendly and courteous.

Dr. Baumgarth is amazing and talented in his specialty. His assistant, Amy, is kind and caring. Both made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening every step of a complicated procedure. Highly recommended.

Let me begin by saying I am an experienced cosmetic and restorative dentist in West Linn. Dr. Baumgarth isn't aware of me writing this review but knowing what type of clinician he is I felt it was imperative to provide a rating commensurate with his skill. He runs a very good business, is an excellent clinician, and his interpersonal skills are fantastic. I've referred hundreds of my patients to him for care and have received excellent feedback reporting comfortable, efficient care from every single one. I also have the opportunity to observe his clinical success over months and years and I can attest that his short-term and long-term results are the best I've seen. If you are seeking care, or if you're a dentist looking for an endodontist to refer to I offer the highest recommendation for Dr. Baumgarth.

Just got a failed root canal redone. The experience was as great (as great as a root canal can be anyway). Professional, clean, and VERY gentle. The root canal was on the most difficult tooth in the mouth to work on, but Dr. Baumgarth pulled it off with aplomb.

I was very uncomfortable, having trouble eating and drinking. The doctor was able to see me right away for a root canal. The doctor and his staff were very professional and explained everything to me, step by step. I was pain free at the end of the procedure. I highly recommend this office
