They kept changing appointment times and tried to blame it on their "text" system. Text me two days before to confirm my appointment at 4:30. I confirmed. Then text me at 3:30 the day of the appointment to say the appointment was at 4:10. So I called and said I was going to be late because the time I was giving at first was 4:30. So they canceled it and put it off for another month as if it was my fault they messed up the times. The receptionist had a smart mouth. Cancel this whole dental office !

We had a great experience! The dentist was excellent, informative and the nursing staff was exceptional! Also, the environment was very peaceful and positive! Definitely glad I chose Mt Pleasant Dental and will be returning and even recommending to others!

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Ikanone was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr. Ikanone really loves what he does. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!

It was an awesome dental experience. The environment is pretty neat and the staff members were very attentive and detailed when providing information on my procedure. Additionally, the procedure was quite fast and went very smoothly. I definitely recommend them.
