Hello, Im Dr. Mark Geddes. I graduated from Weber State University in 1997 and then went on to dental school at Southern Illinois University graduating in 2002. I enjoy being a dentist. I love helping and caring for patients and getting to know them and their families. I love dentistry and all the various procedures and skill sets it has given me to help our patients have good oral health. I enjoy taking time off work to attend continuing education courses throughout the year to keep my skills and knowledge up to date in order to give you the latest and best service available in dentistry!
Some of my favorite procedures to perform are dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, dentures, root canals, crowns and cosmetic dentistry. I enjoy doing all procedures of dentistry! (Except cleaning teeth. So I have 2 hygienists.) Variety is the spice of life and continuing to learn all aspects of dentistry has helped me be able to offer comprehensive treatment to all of our patients. If you need it, I am excited to do it for you. (Unless wisdom and experience dictates it would be better for you that someone else do it; we will refer.) I have an easy going personality and friendly nature which I hope to make even the most apprehensive dental patient feel comfortable, relaxed, and eager to come back. And if that doesnt work, Ill give you gas.
Kathy is originally from Taylorsville, Utah but has lived in Glasgow, Montana for the past 30 years. She recently moved to Ogden to be closer to family and has worked in the dental field for the past 20 years. Kathy enjoys watching BYU and the Denver Broncos and loves to swim, quilt, fish and hunt. She has been married to her sweetheart for 31 years and has 5 sons, 4 step sons and 20 grandchildren. Kathy is a great asset to our staff; she loves people and is willing to help with whatever is needed!
Carol is originally from Nebraska and a true Cornhusker fan. Shes happily married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren. Carol has 30 years of dental experience as a dental assistant, orthodontic assistant and front office. She enjoys traveling, gardening and relaxing in Montana (Go Grizz!) along with rescuing assorted animals and antiques. Carol has been with Dr. Mark for over 6 years and will be happy to assist you in any way she can to make your dental experience as pleasant as possible!
Desiree graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene in 2008. She began working at Mt. Ogden Dental in March of 2014, after working in various offices across the Wasatch Front. She loves working as a Dental Hygienist and is especially detail oriented. She is often complimented on being very thorough and gentle by her patients.
Desiree grew up in Northeast Oregon and married a North Ogden local just after completing Dental Hygiene school. She lives in Riverdale with her husband, twin boys, and a little girl. She loves cooking, singing, crafting, and is always in the middle of some sort of home renovation project.
Sherie was born and raised in Utah. She attended Weber State University and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 2005. She has worked for Dr. Mark for 10 years. Sherie enjoys helping patients feel better about their dental care by providing a calm and caring atmosphere. She has loved getting to know her patients on a more personal level.
Sherie has been married for 11 years and has 3 beautiful kids. She enjoys doing anything that includes her family, especially camping. Sherie has played soccer most of her life and still plays a little bit when she is able to. Her favorite is Co-ed as she gets to play alongside her husband. She also loves to watch her kids excel at soccer, basketball, skiing, dance, and tumbling.
Dawnmarie is originally from Burbank, California. She met her husband on LDSplanet.com and they were married 2 years later in 2009 and soon after they moved to Utah. She has 2 sons, 3 step sons and one adorable granddaughter. She has worked in the dental field for 9 years and for Dr. Mark for 5 years. Her hobbies are hiking, fishing, crafting, and spending time with her family & friends. Dawnmarie loves assisting and getting to know patients while making them feel comfortable!
McKaylee grew up in Nampa, Idaho and moved to Utah 2 years ago and is planning on attending Weber State University in the spring of 2017. McKaylee has worked for Dr. Mark since June of 2016 and has really enjoyed getting to know all of our patients. When she isnt working, she likes to spend time with her boyfriend, run, snowboard, golf, and go camping. She is excited to continue to gain experience in the dental field and looks forward to meeting all of our wonderful patients!
