Dr. Naina Jains philosophy is that everyone deserves to be treated with the utmost care, respect and compassion. She understands that every person is different with unique goals and concerns. So she takes the time to get to know her patients and their specific situations and works with them to decide the treatment. She feels immensely fortunate to be in dental care, being able to help people with their oral needs and bring smiles to their faces.
A graduate of one of the finest dental schools in the U.S., University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Naina Jain believes in continuous development of her knowledge and skills, and strives to provide the most current standards of care to her patients. She is specially trained in all aspects of dentistry, including Endodontics (root canals), Invisalign and Dental Implants.

Updated Review 2022: Just wanting to provide an update to our review from last year. We are another year on from choosing Mount Diablo Family Dentistry for our family dental work and we could not be happier with the care given by this team. Dr Jain and everyone working here are so friendly, professional and helpful. They really take care of their patients and provide high quality service every time. If we've ever had an issue, or wanted to clarify costs, they are continuously helpful. And this care shines through with every visit. I'm so thrilled that we found this dentist office - best choice for us. We still highly recommend. Original Review from 2021: My husband and I struggled to find a great family dentist in the area who wasn't out to just increase profits. Dr Jain and her whole team made us feel at ease immediately and we feel respected as customers. We were immediately able to see the high level of care and consideration at the core of the the team here. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and superb dental treatment. I moved to Concord a few years ago, tried out two other offices and now I have found my "dental home" Not only do they explain treatment from start to finish and make you feel comfortable, they use state of the art tools when working on you. I had a dental emergency and was seen immediately. If you live in Concord or surrounding areas this is the office to go to.

I moved to the Bay Area a year ago and was looking for a place I could trust. Mt. Diablo Family Dentist exceeded my expectations, not only do they do an excellent job when performing x-rays, cleanings, fillings, Invisalign treatments, etc., they make me feel welcomed every time I walk into their office. We visited Mt. Diablo dental boutique for our kid's 1st appointment. Impressed with the office atmosphere and positive energy. She is very polite, friendly and explained everything to us. She gave suggestions on what we should do and how we can make our kid's dental more fun and interactive. I'd recommend Mt. Diablo Family Dentist for someone who is looking for a dentist.

We have had wonderful experience with Dr.Jain and her staff. Our entire family is now going to be going to Dr.Jain moving forward. I had to get some filling done, and the procedure was smooth, painliess. She is AMAZING!! She walked me through the entire process and told me what was going to happen next. I had no pain after getting the filling done. Dr.Jain also did my father's denture and they fit perfectly!! She is polite, attentive, caring. She given the correct guidance so you as a patient can make the correct decision related to your dental care. We as a family HIGHLY recommend her as your family dentist. I came here after looking at the reviews of the place and I was impressed so I booked an appointment to come for a check up. I had a great experience when I arrived. The place was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt good after I left which is hard to do when you think of the dentist! Im so glad I came here and brought my husband along!

Every time I have an appointment, the staff is so helpful and welcoming.. They are always positive and super sweet with a smile on their faces. I would 10/10 recommend this place for people of all ages, children as well as adults. Dr. Jain has been the best dentist I ever had she goes above and beyond to make sure your leaving with a smile :)

Awesome!! My friend recommended them and I totally know why now. From the first call, to my two appointments I've had so far, the service is excellent. There is such a positive energy amongst all that work here, and the office has such a positive vibe. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. Bedside manner is excellent.. they really do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. They really know how to empathize w the experience of their patient, understanding how scary it can be to go to the dentist. Dr. Jain knows her stuff, and is also down to earth and very caring demeanor. Michelle is awesome too. They all are great! This is the best dental experience I have ever had in my life ( and I'm 47 years old!).

At Mt. Diablo Family Dentists, Dr. Jain and her staff have taken excellent care of my teeth! They are also very friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. For over seven years, I've had cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, dental trays made, and more. They have been attentive to any concerns regarding my teeth and my comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Jain for anyone who is looking to establish a long term care with a dentist!

The Receptionists were very friendly, kind, and outgoing and made us feel very comfortable with being at a Dental Office. My primary Dentist was very polite, kind, understanding, and informative. She catered to my needs and made sure that during my procedure, I was not in pain and I was relaxed. There's music playing in the background to soften the atmosphere because going to a Dental Office is not always fun. I like going to the doctors but after my experience here at Mt. Diablo Family Dentist, I think I actually like going to the dentist now!

I generally don't write reviews but this one deserves it. My dad was visiting us from India and had some issues with the fitting of his denture which he got from India. He was very uncomfortable and couldn't eat because of it. I called Mt. Diablo Family Dentist and they were super understanding and accommodating despite their busy holiday schedule. I called them on Monday and they had us in the same day, sent the denture the same day to their lab and had it back the next day. I am super amazed by the turnaround time and that too on such a short notice. They had us come in on Wednesday for final fitting and it is super comfortable for my dad now. He can enjoy his remaining vacation, thanks to Mt. Diablo Family Dentist. Dr. Jain is amazing and explained us what needs to be done and what are the next steps. She worked to get the existing denture fixed since we didn't had time to get a new one, plus it would have been super expensive. She has great bed side manners, very patient and thorough in her work. She even worked with my dad so he can practice putting his denture back and out. The front desk staff (Veronica) and the hygienist are amazing too, and remember their patients by name. I would highly recommend this place for your dental needs.
