My cleaning was quick and efficient. I was also able to get my cavities filled on the spot rather than having to make another appointment. Everyone was very nice and accommodating!

I am going to Mrudula for a while now for all my dental needs. She is one of the best in Nj. She takes care of everything and gives personal attention to every patient. One other dental place messed my filing but she fixed it promptly. She and her staff are all very experienced.

Went in for a filling replacement and additional treatments were done without my knowledge. I have very good health insurance. When I received the high bill it was only then I was told that additional treatments that I was not aware of were not covered by insurance.

We have been going to Dr Pingili for 5 years now and she has always done an excellent work with all our dental needs. In my recent visit I did notice that her dental hygienist was missing, and Dr Pingili answered she retired and there is a national shortage of dental hygienist. I totally understand as I work in healthcare too and we are facing similar issues. In the past we had used other dental offices and where we had been recommended dental services which were not needed. Fortunately, we found an honest dentist who truly cares about your dental health and will only recommend what's really needed and she has gained our trust.

Dr spent 5 min in my mouth for dental cleaning. Spent 15 min in selling me procedures i can get done in my teeth. Not going again. She said she does fluoride on all her patients and that will be $40 not covered in my insurance. Tried to schedule appointment for deep cleaning and 6 month appointment. I said i will call and schedule. She almost said its her protocol to schedule next appointments. But then said we recommend it so it doesn't slide your calendar. It was a first time visit. Not going again. I felt I was being pushed into scheduling appointments. I was being told to get unnecessary procedures. I have never seen cleaning done not even in 5 min. She literally did not spent 5 min in my mouth. Person who did xray was nice and seemed professional. I told her repeatedly i will call and schedule. I cannot keep track of appointments. i don't want to miss it. I remembered they got me sign a form which said something about missing appointments or cancelling too late and getting charged. I cancelled appointment when i came home. I do not want to remember an appointment 6 month from now.

I once had an emergency as my tooth broke while I was eating something , Dr. Pingili explained all my options and I ended up needing a crown . She made me feel so comfortable, My copays , insurance coverage all were informed ahead of time . Staff is wonderful and accommodating. They made me feel so calm. I highly recommend Dental cosmetic concepts.

I have been to several dentists and never liked most of them till I found Dr. Pingili. She is a unicorn! Was very thorough in her examination and recommended treatment that was needed, she even told me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. All other dentists that I have been to never have me that option. Another thing I liked about her was she did my cleaning and was very gentle, previously I had hygienists who cleaned my teeth and were very rough and felt like they were giving me cavities. I'm going to recommend her to all my family and friends

"Be prepared to be charged upfront twice the amount insurance pays. They said they will refund after insurance pays. But their charges to insurance are so much higher than what they required to pay upfront and I got nothing at the end. Clever deceptions!" - This is a testimony I guess I should have listened to rather than the other ones. This is what happened to me too unfortunately.

I had my first dental procedure with Dr. Pingili, which was a root canal that had my anxiety through the roof. Dr. Pingili was very understanding and put me to ease to get through it. I had a great experience.

Dr. P fixed my tooth and put a cap on it. The office staff were very helpful to follow up with my insurance and make sure everything's covered instead of leaving the burden on me and I am grateful for the help. I'm happy with the job on my tooth as I have been from all my previous visits.

Very friendly staff. Professional reminders. And the work done by Dr. Pingili has been excellent, both for the dental work she has done (posts, crowns, fillings) as well as the cleanings. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.
