Dr. Daniel Moylan attended Adrian College for his undergraduate education. He played football and was elected captain his senior year. He then attended Wayne State University where he began his masters in Bio-Medical Science. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Science from The University of Detroit Mercy. There he participated in the advanced periodontal clerkship.
Dr. Moylan was raised in Cadillac Michigan where he graduated highschool. He played football, ran track and was part of many community activities. He moved to Gaylord in 2006 where he currently resides with his wife and high school sweetheart, Emily, and their two children, Ella and Ethan. He enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and snowmobiling with his family.
Dr. Moylan places an emphasis on continuing education and advancements in dental science. He is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Vacationland District Dental Society. He is also a member of the Gaylord Chamber of Commerce.
Registered Dental Hygienist - Graduate of Ferris State University. Mary has currently been working at the Moylan Family practice for 30 plus years. She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her 2 children.
Registered Dental Hygienist - Graduate of Ferris State University. Kim has currently been working at the Moylan Family practice for 5 years. She is enjoying life in Gaylord with her husband Robert and her 5 dogs yes 5! Her passions include walking her dogs, reading non-fiction, and listening to talk radio.
Rachel joined the Moylan Family practice in June 2019. She has been working in office administration for a little over 12 years and is new to the dental field but is loving it so far! She enjoys traveling very much but mostly enjoys spending time with her family and friends that are local!
Kayla joined the Moylan Family practice in June 2019. She has been assisting for 4 years and has experience with general dentistry, orthodontics and working with children, but her favorite dental field is oral surgery. Born and raised in Gaylord, she spends her free time with her husband Patrick and their two year old son Deacon.

I am so afraid of going to the Dentist and with PTSD it's a challenge for me to go. This Dentist is the best Dentist and his staff is the greatest. Have no problems ever going back to him.

I found my new dentist, and I live in DC.. I will be traveling to this this hometown dentist from now on.. had a filling done by a DC based dentist.. had pain stemming from that work.. came to visit family and Rachel, Kayla and Doc Moylan for me in their schedules last minute.. the staff makes you feel like family! Ten minutes in and out with an X-ray and the pain was gone! Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you, Moylan Family Dental!!!

I found my new dentist, and I live in DC.. BROKEN TOOTH! Chipped my tooth while eating at 1:00. My tooth was repaired and I was walking out of the office by 4:00. Friend of mine recommended him to me .... I don't like dentist , Dr Moylan squeezed me into his busy day. I have had my teeth worked on by orthodontists, doctors , surgeons for many years .... but this dude rocks . His staff from the front desk to his assistant helped him roll out the red carpet for me . I am going to highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks again doc for fixing my chipped tooth.

His staff is friendly and efficient! He is a bear of a man, but in looks only, not temperament. He does excellent work and will have you smiling before you leave his office. If you're looking for the best dentist in Northern Michigan with the best staff, look no further!

I've yet to have dental work done here, but Dan can Push Press a small fifth wheel over his head and can Back squat a rhino. That's enough to want to get dental work done at this fine establishment.
