I am kind of un happy! No one gave he a heads up about hernot being here anymore. This is a horrible experience! I now have to look for a different dentist that she can grow with. I don't like different doctors in my daughter's mouth!!! They don't know her so they ask the same questions every visit!

The staff all around was amazing and friendly. My kids loved them. They are professional and I'm definitely glad to have found them. The staff checking us in were super friendly, all of the ones in the back were super friendly and checking out the lady there was very sweet. I highly recommend.

I didn't get a chance to make the appointment. The woman that answered the phone is extremely rude and don't know how to do her job.

Very flexible and easy going staff and Dr. Moy is great with my 6 year old and saved him from going under and extracted a tooth that was infected and did a few fillings overall great experience.

My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Moy since she was 2 years old (over 10 years now). She is professional and thorough. Dr Moy is also very skilled in her dental restorations. As a healthcare provider myself, I appreciate the high quality of care.

My daughter was talked to and disrespected by "secretary who accused us of making several appointments and cancellation when we have NEVER even been there . It's sad because Dr.Moy Is a nice dentist but her staff needs to work in a warehouse so your not dealing with people or public !

We were advised by our regular dentist to get a root canal for our 9 year old who has dysplastic enamel. The endodondist did not want to perform this procedure on such a young child and referred us to Dr. Moy. She was able to fill the cavities and save my children from a very painful procedure. She is now her regular dentist and has done an amazing job of taking care of her teeth. I highly recommend. Dr. Moy is very skilled and able to avoid unnecessary procedures. I have never experienced rudeness from anyone in the practice, but even if we did, we'd still choose a skilled doctor over a polite receptionist.

Overall, Dr. Moy was great with both of my girls, especially when they were younger and afraid of the dentist. She and her assistants were very patient and understanding. However, billing and insurance is a nightmare. They are out-of-network for most, so costs are much higher. In multiple cases, they billed the wrong insurance and then sent us large bills many months later, in the latest case over 12+ months later. When we called to express frustration at getting a bill over 12 months later, there was no apology or discount offered for the trouble we've gone through to get this corrected. Make sure you're on top of billing or you'll face the same issues we've had.

Dr. Moy is amazing, we went in with a 2 year old whom had broken his two front teeth, after being told there was nothing they could do at another dentist office I called Dr. Moy for a second opinion because the teeth he had broken were at a point and I was terrified he would injure himself worse. The first visit she cleaned his teeth, saw one tooth was infected, prescribed antibiotics and set an appointment for surgery to fix one tooth and pull the second that was jammed and infected. She did everything she could to save both teeth but was worried about future repercussions on his adult teeth with the one that was jammed. She was great with my son who was nervous and had never been to a dentist before and honest with us but understood when we were nervous about the procedure. I never hesitate to call with questions, as a fanatical first time mom she was the perfect dentist for someone whom wanted honesty regarding care and what to do different to protect his teeth and care for them, but also compassion for a new mom and her nervous little one.

I do not recommend. My daughter and I had a terrible experience. We will never be returning!!!
