I am new to this dentist, just completed my first year. Had to have two crowns replaced and I was very pleased at the pre-work discussion and the actual work. The staff is very helpful throughout the process, and they made the experience pleasant and painless. After I had the initial procedure completed, I received a call the following day from the Doctor checking on how I was doing and to answer any questions. This was a first for me and felt that this is outstanding service and demonstration of a caring practice.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the experience. They devoted a generous amount of time to setting up my records with them, including xrays, cleaning by the staff -- who explained each procedure as we went along - and a nice get-acquainted visit with the doctor. One thing I had never experienced before (and I'm in my 70's!) was that they projected my xrays and photos of my teeth onto a screen and explained to me what they were seeing so I could understand the care plan that would be set up for me for the next couple visits. Honestly, it's the best experience I've ever had at the dentist's -- and that's saying something!
