So happy with Dr. Senat and team, I recently had some unexpected tooth pain and Dr. Senat gave me a clear understanding of what was happening and next steps, and she even called me that evening to see how I was feeling! It's always very clean and sanitary and everyone is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

There is a new dentist...both her and the hygienists seem nice and professional but the people at the front desk are horrible, rude, uncaring and should be nowhere near patient care...if she doesn't get rid of them her practice will be severely affected..they are referent power who set the tone of the organization and they such... But the amazing thing about this, just to show this practice does deserve every bit of it's 4.9 stars is the Doctor herself called to find out what I had experienced...that pretty amazing and I of course, appreciated same and glad I have my dentist back! I don't think front desk people understand the effect they have on patients...and it's not just here, it's everywhere...

Since Dr Mansperger sold his practice to another dentist it's not the same. Dr Mansperger was an honest and good man. He was a perfectionist. The new dentist told my husband and daughter at first visits with her they BOTH needed root canals. My daughter was scheduled yesterday for an appointment to fix a filling. The office confirmed appointment last Thursday via text and email. When she arrived they told her appointment was canceled. They did not call, text or email. Not admitting any fault they were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Dr Mansperger would be ashamed of what he worked so hard and diligently for has become unethical and not one ounce of care or compassion. Sad! Zero stars if it was an option.

Speaking as a person with an extreme phobia of dentists, this was the most incredibly comfortable experience I've ever had with a dentist. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist to the dentist. I've never felt so relaxed! Dr. Senat is the epitome of gentle dentistry and I'm so grateful to have been referred to her. My mouth is a mess and I was treated as though I had a mouth full of perfect teeth. The added bonus was to see that she was a POC.

Today was my first appointment and I was hesitant because of what happened to me somewhere else. I am here to let you know if you need passionate kind and extremely professional people who know what they are doing and have an amazing bedside manner. Please go to this dentist you will not be disappointed . Everyone from the front desk to the doctor and her assistants are amazing. I wish I would have gone to her sooner. I was so comfortable and even though the doctor was busy she took her time not only to explain My treatment plan , but she showed me everything and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Please please please if you haven't already go to her you will not be disappointed. If you have a fear of dentists please see her because she erases all fear. The whole staff makes you feel welcome from the time you open the door. I love this place and I wish there was a higher rating than a five because they deserve a 100!!! I am actually Happy to be retiring for my follow ups. Thank you soo much everyone at Mountain View dental in Beacon!!! Simply amazing and refreshing to love you dentist from the very first visit!!!

Getting a tooth removed in an emergency isn't a fun but I'm happy to have Dr. Senat at Mountainview Dental do it. She and the staff were very careful, communicative and matter of fact during the work. I was told what was happening every step of the way, asked if be was OK in in pain many times, and I was given clear instructions on post op care. I got this appt after leaving a message late one day. The doctor called me back right away and made time to help me the following day, stressing the urgency of the situation. I've had bad tooth infections before and I appreciate this greatly.

Dr. Jessica Senat is the best dentist I have ever been to. She explains everything thoroughly and has a relaxing presence. The office is absolutely beautiful. I will be bringing my family here for years to come. Thank you for the great service!

Called to make an appointment and receptionist was so incredibly rude. I specifically started the conversation by asking if they are accepting new patients. Instead of answering she just barks at me "what's your insurance" . When I answered she said " oh we don't accept that anyway". I then said I'm fine to pay out of pocket and she said "well we are booking into November". I understand that people are busy , but to treat a potential new client like they are crazy to even contact you is just wrong. Let's remember the economy won't be like this forever and what goes around does come around. Also, going to the dentist is the worst thing to begin with, who would ever want to go to an office with a person like that greeting you ?
