We have been going to Dr Hatch for almost a decade and I can't say enough nice things about the work they do. I have EXTREME dental anxiety. The first time I went to the office I was in tears just walking in and after being shown so much patience and kindness over the years, I can now go in for my appointments calmly. Everyone there is so nice and no one makes me feel bad for how bad my dental phobia is, they all just treat me with respect. This truly is the best dental practice I have ever been to. Thank you so much to Dr Hatch and all his staff.

I've literally never had such a good experience at a dentist in my entire life. From the very first interaction (the phone call to make the appt.) to the moment I left them, I felt like a patient they cared about and not just another number. As a new patient, they couldn't get me in till August (I made the appt. in June), but they put me on a wait list in case anybody cancelled. At the beginning of July, I got a phone call from them saying there was a cancellation and they could get me in that morning. When I had answered the phone, I was a bit frazzled, dealing with making breakfast for my two kids, so I didn't listen carefully and I just assumed it was my regular doctor calling me to reschedule (because coincidentally, I had an appt. with my doctor later that day. So I assumed my doc was just moving my appt. to an earlier time). So I show up at my doctor and realize I made a mistake. By that time, if I had tried to make it to the dentist, I'd be 10 minutes late. I also had my baby with me because babies are easy to have in a doctors office. I hadn't been expecting to go to the dentist, where having a baby in your lap is a little more complicated. Well, the lady on the phone told me it was no big deal and that I could still come in if I wanted. So I did. The woman at the front desk (Laura I believe her name is) was SO friendly and kind! Honestly, this is extremely important to me. I can't stand when doctors hire grumpy people to be at the front desk. A kind person at the front is such a huge plus for me. She ogled my baby and was just so friendly. And she didn't seem annoyed or make me feel stupid for the mistake I had made. When I got the the room, the hygienist was also very friendly. Her and Laura and 2 other ladies all took turns coming in and playing with my baby and distracting her while I got my teeth cleaned. None of them touched my baby or took her out of her car seat without my permission though. They were just soooooo nice! Eventually my baby got fussy and I asked if I could hold her in my lap or if that would be too hard for them to clean my teeth while I was holding a wiggly baby. They allowed it and just totally worked with me. Then Dr. Hatch came in real quick, how dentists do. He was friendly and kind. When it was time to leave, they made me a new appt. for the work I would need next time. They printed out a sheet with the price breakdown and explained it to me without me having to ask how to read it. They also emailed the price breakdown to me. I left feeling happier than I did going in... which says a lot about a dentist.

First time visit was outstanding. From Dr. Hatch, to Brooke, and front staff, everyone was outstanding. Cleaning was thorough. So glad my wife referred me here. 5 stars+.

Dr Hatch is the sweetest, kindest and most gentle dentist I've ever been to. I had a ton of questions this visit and he took the time to answer everyone if them. His staff is great as well...I will never go to any other dental office!

I loved the office the moment I walked in. The staff was terrific. Amy and Kelly were cheerful, polite and professional. Dr Hatch was so kind and knowledgeable . They answered questions and discussed problems and options with me. I felt very comfortable. I will recommend them to others.

Great staff!!! Very clean office. I especially appreciate that I've never felt like they have tried to recommend something that didn't need done. I've been to dentists that have told me I have needed something extra every time I've had my teeth cleaned. These guys are great with kids too.

I feel so blessed to have found this practice. Everyone that works there is so nice and professional. The office is beautiful, with all the newest/latest equipment. The Dentist, Dr. Hatch, is so patient. He explains everything in detail, step by step. Thank you Mountain view dental team!
