Dr. Joshua Crosby is a highly-qualified general, family and cosmetic dentist. Dr. Crosby earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond where he received several commendations, including but not limited to, fixed prosthetic/cosmetic dental work and special care of pediatric patients with disabilities. He is a member of reputable organizations like the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association and the Southern Arizona Dental Association.

Dr. Crosby enjoys helping create healthy, beautiful smiles that give his patients confidence and a great smile. He works to relieve any pain that his patients may be experiencing. Dr. Crosby has a love for learning and continues to implement the latest in dental technology to help patients create that perfect smile they have always wanted.

Dr. Crosby grew up in a small town in central Utah and graduated from Utah Valley University, where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Crosby had many valuable work experiences as he was finishing his undergraduate program: he started his own small business, worked as a radio sports announcer, as a Dutch-speaking customer service agent, and as a mentor for persons with disabilities. Dr. Crosby is married to Heidi (who grew up in Oro Valley) and is the father of five amazing children. He enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, riding bikes together as a family, swimming in the Arizona sun, snowboarding (in Utah, of course), and reading.

Dr. Conrad Drinkwater was born in England and moved to the United States when he was eight years old. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in northern California, and graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. With a background in team sports and past work experience as a tutor, Dr. Drinkwater loved learning about fitness, nutrition, and teaching others from an early age.

Dr. Drinkwater was awarded his Dental degree by UCSF School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. He earned honors and commendations which placed him at the top of his class and was granted membership in OKU, the national dental honors society. He also served as president of Xi Psi Phi, an international dental fraternity, providing academic help and community service events. After graduating, Dr. Drinkwater completed a General Practice Residency at UNLV Las Vegas, gaining experience in advanced procedures such as dental implant placement, root canals, and surgical extractions.

Dr. Drinkwater is passionate about helping his patients restore and maintain their oral health. He is focused on actively listening to any concerns and questions, educating and communicating in a way that is easy to understand, and helping to reduce fear or anxiety about dental procedures. He is well-versed in all aspects of dentistry, and strives to continue increasing his knowledge base through continuing education and application of the latest techniques and technology, much like Dr. Crosby.

Dr. Drinkwater moved to Tucson with his wife Kathy (also Dr. Drinkwater) when she matched into residency in internal medicine. They are expecting their first child towards the end of 2020. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Drinkwater enjoys playing soccer, exploring local restaurants, hiking, traveling both international and domestic, and exercising. Despite the active lifestyle, he also enjoys relaxing at home with his two cats and reading books.

Michelle has been with Mountainside Dental Care of 30 years. She is pleased to work at Mountainside Dental Care providing quality and caring dentistry. She strives to create and provide a great dental experience to every patient at Mountainside Dental Care with a smile.

Debbie graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science Dental Hygiene. She has over 20 years experience, and enjoys working with patients in order to help them improve their oral health, and dental knowledge.

Patty is originally from Seattle but has lived in Arizona for 16 years. She has been married for 35 years and she has a son, Dane who is 22. Patty graduated in 1989 and practiced for 7 years in Southern California before coming to AZ. She loves to travel and all that goes with it. She loves live music, theater, restaurants, and bowling. Patty has been an avid Cyclist for 40 years and a yoga enthusiast of 9 years.

Gaby has been a dental assistant since 2012 but has been at Mountainside Dental Since 2018. She is from the small border town of Douglas and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also loves to workout, hike and travel in her spare time.

D.J. has been a dental assistant since 2012. Working at Mountainside Dental has increased his knowledge and experience with all aspects of dentistry. One area, in particular, is becoming an implant specialist. This allows us to provide more options to patients requiring tooth replacement.

D.J. was born in California and his family moved to Tucson in 1995 and has lived here ever since. D.J. loves playing football and can be found at local parks training. When D.J. isnt playing football, he enjoys spending time with his family. His parents, brother, and 2 sisters still live in Arizona. They are extremely close and try to get together at least once a month. Other hobbies include writing, fantasy fiction, video games, and anime.

Cassidy is originally from Bellingham, WA. She has lived in Tucson for five years. She was a dental assistant for four years before graduating from Pima Community Colleges dental hygiene program in 2020.
