Absolutely ridiculous how many times they have made me reschedule! I am a school teacher so I can't come in until later in the afternoon which already means them have to schedule stuff out weeks and months every time they cancel. They are inconsiderate of people's time and didn't even call me to cancel, I don't find out until I'm already there. I'm finding a new dentist, I recommend anyone considering them keep looking.

almost hate to leave a bad review, because the people here are really nice, and try to be helpful. But in the end coming here just cost me more money. I came in needing a root canal, I waited around 3 hours because of how busy they were, the dentist was really great at explaining things and planned to drill through a crown i already had to perform a root canal. They were really busy and in the middle of the root canal the Dr. had to go see other patients, and since he "squeezed" me in, I wasn't going to complain. While the Dr. was gone the dental assistant just wasn't satisfied with the way the latex covering was placed on my face (it was extremely uncomfortable even after the adjustment). But while she was adjusting it I hear *BOOP! and it came completely loose. never mentioning what happened, the Dr. comes in later and explained that I'm going to need a new crown on top of the root canal, so I went from $600 to $1200. It wasn't until later, when I saw them drop my crown on the ground that I even understood why it was going to be another $600. In the end they slapped some cement on the old crown, and 2 months later here I am with a big hole in my mouth because the crown popped off. $600 down, in worse shape than when I showed up
