Dr. Hosseinian (or you can just call her Dr. H) has been practicing orthodontics since 2011. Dr. Hosseinian came to Roanoke with her family in 2015. She began her studies while at the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and still made time to minor in Music. She also participated in music therapy program and played piano for patients to improve recovery. During college she realized she had a passion to work with people and brighten their smile and was accepted into the Prestigious School of Dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).'
Dr. Hs interest in enhancing the smiles of her patients didnt end with finishing dental school. Her passion soared and after earning her DDS degree, Dr. H went on to pursue a 3-year highly specialized postgraduate training in orthodontics and maxillofacial orthopedics at the University of Pittsburgh. During her orthodontic training, Dr. H had the incredible opportunity to conduct studies in the field of craniofacial research and received a Thomas Braun Distinctive Award and Scholarship while completing a Masters of Dental Science.
Her experience in craniofacial research during her orthodontic training sparked a lifetime interest in the subject and it pushed her to continue her training. This time her passion took her to the Big Apple where she completed a fellowship in cleft lip and palate, and craniofacial studies at New York University. During her fellowship, she not only gained experience in treating patients who were medically compromised and with special needs, but also in treating patients who had more complicated bites, born with cleft lip and palate, and those with skeletal jaw discrepancies that required surgical orthodontic treatment.
Since living in the Star City, Dr. H and her husband have fallen in love with the mountains and people of the Roanoke Valley. They have two daughters and are proud to raise them as true Roanokers. In her spare time, you can find Dr. H spending time with her friends and family while doing outdoor activities like hiking, camping and swimming. She also loves relaxing at the end of the day by listening to music and playing Piano in her spare time or watching a good movie.

Dr. Janowicz earned his doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry and went on to complete his orthodontic residency at the University of Detroit, earning his Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics.
To stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Janowicz maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations, such as the Roanoke Valley Dental Society, Roanoke Valley Orthodontic Study Club, Detroit Orthodontic Alumni Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists and the Virginia Association of Orthodontists.
Outside the office, Dr. Janowicz enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, three children, son-in-law and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, exercising, running, biking, coin collecting, and traveling.

Being a small local business instead of a corporate franchise, Mountain View Ortho delivered an excellent personal experience for me that you just don't usually get with a franchised business. Dr. H takes the time to personally assist people with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the treatment process. Everyone here is nice and professional, and they are very flexible for changing appointments. Highly recommend this practice over the corporate ones. The owner actually cares because they actually have something to lose, whereas other places you are just another patient.

I had been a patient of Mountain View Orthodontics for about 2 years and in my experience, the staff are very friendly and know exactly what they're doing. I haven't had any issues with them what so ever and the result? My crooked teeth are gone!

I've been going to mountain view orthodontics for a little over 4-5 years now and just today I got my braces off. They've helped me come a long way and I am so grateful. Thy are very friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible. If you ever get braces you should go to them!

I love this place the people at the desk are so nice, the orthodontists are very gentle. I just got my braces off, and am I so excited. At the same time though, I'm sort of sad to leave the environment. Besides the point, I do recommend this place.

Thanks to everyone at Mountain View Orthodontics . Thank you all for taking a total train wreck and turning it in to a smile that I can gladly live with for the rest of my life. It may have taken me till I was almost 58 years of age to have it done but I know I had it done at the Right Place. Before I would always hide my smile from everyone but not anymore thank you all again great job everyone.
