I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I've been putting off having a root canal for a year and a half because of nerves. I was so comfortable during my root canal that I almost fell asleep in their chair as they were drilling!!! Dr Hansen is amazing and his assistant Ro had amazing bed side manor. Hopefully I'll never need another root canal, but if so I'm coming here again!!

That was the best dentist experience of my life, Dr. Hansen and his assistant Nikki were extremely professional and they know what they are doing. They were Quick too, only a couple x rays at the end and I was out of there. I really appreciate the staff at this place.

These guys are the best! Dr Gibby makes it feel like your not even at the dentist. The staff is so fun and happy always! Makes ya laugh even when your getting a shot! Great place and great environment!!! Definitely recommend!!!

I've had a lot of dental work but this was my first visit to an Endodontics dentist. Mountain View had friendly staff and worked with me from the initial call to checkout. However, the thing that impressed me the most was Dr. Hansen. I've had a root canal at my regular dentist where they barely talk with you, usually you talk to the hygienist. Dr. Hansen walked me through everything in the beginning, told me what he was doing, kept making sure I was ok. I didn't feel I was in a patient on an assembly line. For having a root canal, it was by far the best experience I've had. I need to have another one done, I didn't feel pressured to do it right then, but I will be back to them for all future work!

The staff and Dr Gibby made me feel much better during a very difficult situation. Options were offered clearly and directly. A sensible map of treatment was provided and has been followed. I would recommend Mountain View and Dr Gibby to anyone who may ask. Good people.

From the first call to make the appointment to my final visit the service was amazing. The initial call was friendly and personal able. Dr. Hansen's concern from the start was making me as comfortable as possible, since the dentist chairs and theirs tools are not my favorite . I would recommend their office for any endodontist work needed. Thank you all for a kind, personable and comfortable place to fix my root canal.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Listened to all my concerns and helped me get a treatment plan together that best fits my needs. While in my appointment they made sure I was comfortable and they explained everything to me. Made me feel safe and they will definitely be my first choice for all future appointments.

The staff found openings for me. They worked with my time constrants. Professionals all around. Dr. Hobby talked me through the process, so did Cason , Dr. Gibbys, assistant. I was on time , so was my appt. Excellent and calming experience. Patricia Young

Dr. Gibby and his staff were great! I would (and will) definitely recommend him to anyone needed endo work. He was great at giving me an injection in an area that's tricky/tender. They kept checking to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort or pain throughout the procedure. The office was clean and everyone was friendly. I'm a dental hygienist and have had plenty of work myself. Take my professional advice and go here:)

I would highly recommend Mountain View Endodontics! Dr. Gibby and his entire staff, from the moment I walked in the door, to my first rootcanal, with he and assistant Lauren, was positive, professional and personable. I was immediately put at ease with Dr. Gibby and Lauren's knowledge and ability to explain the process of the rootcanal to me. I so appreciated both of them. I'll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Dr. Gibby, Lauren and the entire Mountain View staff for making my experience so much easier and so positive. Y'all are amazing!

I give this place 10 stars! I had a real bad tooth ache and called Mountain View Endodontics in Layton because they are close. They got me in right away and fixed the tooth with a temporary filling to end the excruciating pain I was experiencing. I needed a root canal so they scheduled me to come in the next day to permanently fix this "very angry" tooth. Dr. Hansen listened to all my concerns and I felt confident and comfortable right away. The procedure lasted 2 1/2 hours because I had 5 canals in a long and twisted root. One of his staff members stayed overtime to assist so the procedure could be finished in one sitting. I just cannot say enough to describe how satisfied I am with this experience and in those who stepped in to help me out of a very painful time. And, I must add that Dr. Hansen is absolutely the best. He is dedicated to doing the procedure perfect. "No short cuts." And has a great ability to make one feel more at ease and aware of what he is doing.

They will charge you 200 dollars for an xray then tell you they don't accept your Insurance

Dr. Hansen and his team were so great! I was able to what I needed done in one appt. instead of two. I would highly recommend you get your needs taken care of here. Thanks for such a great experience!

Dr. Hansen and his assistant Nicki were great! The bedside manner is wonderful and I felt like they truly cared about me/my care. They asked me many times if there was enough numbing, if I was doing okay, etc. Not to mention this was the best root Canal I have ever had done!! I was so relaxed that I honestly almost fell asleep a few times!! That has never happened to me lol!! The only thing I'm upset about is that I just wish I would've found them sooner! 10/10 will recommend all friends and family for all Endodontics needs :)

When one thinks of a root canal, it is typically not associated with pleasant feelings. Dr. Gibby, his assistant Lexi, and the whole staff made my experience surprisingly quite comfortable! This was my first ever root canal. I was advised to have it done about 10 years ago, but kept ignoring it -- thinking the pain and sensitivity would eventually go away. I had heard horror stories, and avoided the procedure. Finally, the pain was so bad, I took the referral from a family member and made an appointment with Mountain View Endodontics. I was still nervous, but the staff was great! They walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions (which were a lot). In all the dental work I've had over the years, this was the most painless procedure I've ever had! They did a better job numbing the area than any other dentist. I didn't feel a thing and was completely relaxed. Though I have extra long roots and the inflammation was severe, the procedure and recovery couldn't have been better! When I came back for the final cleaning and filling the roots, it was just as smooth and painless. I only wish I would have done it sooner! Thanks again Dr. Gibby and your team!
