Dr. Adam Weaver graduated from Fort Collins High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. He then attended Brigham Young University (BYU) for his undergraduate studies. He took a two-year leave from BYU to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Paraguay, South America. While on his mission he learned how to speak fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and Guarani. After his mission he continued to teach Spanish to missionaries preparing to serve in Spanish-speaking countries while continuing his studies at BYU. He has a bachelors degree in Medical Science. He then attended dental school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Graduating in the top of his class, he was accepted in a periodontal residency program at the V.A. Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While attending the residency program, he worked as a general dentist in a pre-dominantly Spanish-speaking community. He also taught at Marquette University and attained a Masters of Science degree at Marquette University. He did his Masters thesis on the efficacy of anti-microbial gels in the treatment of periodontal disease. In July of 2000, Dr. Weaver purchased the current practice from Dr. F. Leon McDonald.

Dr. Weaver married his wife Alyson in 1994. They have four wonderful children: Connor, Preston, Adin, and Mia. Their three boys and their daughter keep them very busy. Needless to say, family is Dr. Weavers top priority.

Dr. Weaver is an avid triathlete having competed in numerous competitions at all lengths and throughout the country. He enjoys cycling, running, swimming, mountain biking, snow-boarding, mountain climbing, riding motorcycles, scuba diving and any and everything with his family. He is a very active member of his church and has served in various capacities there. He also enjoys serving in Central and South America providing free dental care to under-served and/or impoverished areas.

Dr. Chetan Patodia attended Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospitals where he received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.Following completion of his DDS, he pursued a fellowship in the CU Department of Periodontics where he worked on complex implant rehabilitation cases. This early exposure to the field of periodontics led him to pursue a Master of Science in Dentistry in Periodontics also at the University of Colorado.

Currently he is working as a periodontist/implant specialist at multiple practices in Denver metro. Dr. Patodia also serves as part-time assistant clinical professor at CU Dental because he truly believes in giving back by sharing his knowledge and experience with the emerging dental community.

As a Periodontist, Dr. Patodia loves discussing evidence-based knowledge such as the importance of maintaining dental and periodontal health. He is determined to help his patients save their teeth from gum disease and/or replace teeth with dental implants, when necessary.Dr. Patodia believes nothing is more satisfying than meeting a happy patient whose oral health and smile is restored by the services he can provide. For this reason, he stays up-to-date with the general dentist community as he wants to ensure patients are treated comprehensively.

Outside of the office, Dr. Patodia enjoys travelling with his wife, Punam, and their daughter, Aria. He and his wife have covered twenty-five states since their 08 marriage. He is also a passionate skier, previously visited nineteen national parks, and has hiked sixteen 14ers in Colorado.

Dalia has spent her entire career, over ten years, growing with Mountain Top Periodontics & Implants. She has been actively and passionately involved in all aspects of this practice. She started as an assistant to Dr. Weaver and is now the Office Manager. She has a great understanding of all of the procedures in the office. She is very proud of her young family.

Hello everyone! I am the patient coordinator/marketing director here at Mountain Top Periodontics. I am so excited to be a new member of this amazing team. I came from the plastic surgery world but now I am ready to learn all about Dentistry! A little about myself- I am a Colorado native and love exploring our beautiful state by paddle boarding, biking & hiking. I have a big family also and love spending as much time as I can with them. Hello everyone, my name is Melissa and Im extremely excited to join the amazing team here at Mountain Top Periodontics and Implants. Ive been a dental hygienist for 13 years. I just moved to the Denver area with my family. We left the 120 degree weather in Phoenix Arizona to cool off in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I love to spend my spare time hiking, camping, exploring, sight seeing and just making memories with my big little family. I look forward to meeting you and I hope to be more than just your dental hygienist. Im here to listen to your concerns and provide the best periodontal therapy for you.

So excited to be a member of the team. I moved to Colorado back in 1994 from a little city called Tokyo, as in Japan! I grew up as an Airforce brat and honestly loved the life the military offered our family. My husband and I have three cats whom are our babies. I enjoy traveling outside of the country and love cooking. Most days of the week, you can find me dancing the Argentine Tango, thats how I met my husband. I dance about 4 to 5 times a week and have started competing with my husband too! As a person who loves to hike, I am a big fan of enjoying the beautiful landscape of Colorado. I love spending time with my loved ones and close friends.

As for me, nothing beats the great pleasure of working as a Dental Hygienist, I absolutely love it. I have been a dental hygienist for 5 years. I am looking forward to working with all of the wonderful patients here at the office. I find it so important to build long standing relationships with patients so that we can have a level of trust, camaraderie and a bit of fun. See you soon!

Marissa is our newest team member. She is a mother to an adventurous 4-year-old boy. Being a Colorado native, she thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and being active. Any time she has the opportunity to go on an adventure, such as dirt biking, fly fishing, hiking 14ers, camping, paddle boarding, rock climbing and/or chasing her sweet boy, her heart is recharged.

Tara moved to Denver Colorado in June of 2015 from Milwaukee Wisconsin. Since living in Denver she has enjoyed meeting wonderful people with great personalities. Some of her hobbies are to play volleyball, go hiking, and travel. What she enjoys the most about her work is the patients and staff. The patients are outgoing and fun to be around. The staff is always smiling and it feels like a family to her. Her plans for the future are to become a hygienist and work at MTP.
