At Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery, we stay up-to-date on the latest technology for the benefit of our patients. We place your well-being above all else and spare no expense when it comes to your personalized care. If you are looking for a state-of-the-art oral surgery facility, you have come to the right place!

Intraoral x-rays are the most common type of dental radiograph. To conduct a digital intraoral x-ray, a small electronic sensor is placed in the mouth. The sensor allows us to capture images of your teeth, roots, and supportive bone without the use of film slides. The position of the electronic sensor is dictated by the type of intraoral x-ray you need.

Digital x-rays omit up to 90% less radiation than a film x-ray. They also allow us to magnify or manipulate the image to gain a more comprehensive overview of your oral structures. Without the film development process, we can retake an x-ray instantly and share them electronically, all without affecting the environment.

CBCT scans allow us to better determine the root cause of a symptom or problem. They also allow us to develop more precise surgical plans for dental implants, tooth extractions, bone grafting, gum grafting, and many other restorative procedures. In other words, CBCT and 3D imaging have revolutionized the way we perform oral surgery.

Would give zero stars if possible.. they had us waiting for several hours and started calling patients that had surgeries scheduled hours after us.. once we asked why they said the system was down and needed more info and I asked were y'all gonna tell us they flat out said no.. they finally get her back for surgery and give her medicine like fentynal and instantly sent her home saying she was too difficult.. come back to get work excuse since they didn't give us one well before they close and they have the doors locked and never answered the phone so called different office but funny enough seen one of the nurses looking out the window when I knocked on the door but still never answered

From scheduling my appointment to intake to the procedure itself was extremely easy. The staff went out of their way to make everything effortless and comfortable and the oral surgeon was just like dealing with a family member! Thank you Mountain State Oral for a great experience!

Waited an hour and a half as they misplaced my chart. On the second visit I was asked on the day of my visit to come earlier. I did and waited an hour. I worked around their schedule to no avail. However, had to pay for procedure BEFORE treatment. Have never done that anywhere else. Dentist apologized but was in a hurry and said he travelled 300 miles. Poor excuse for my waiting. Office needs to be more efficient in scheduling and taking enough time with the pay.

I had an amazing experience here and would definitely recommend. The doctor and nurses were very respectful and kind and made sure I was relaxed when I got my four wisdom teeth extracted. I have healed great and felt like the doctor really cared. I was very nervous for this surgery, but the doctor made sure I was in the least pain possible. Also, they were done with the extraction in about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend Mountain State for any oral surgery.

I would NOT recommend them. Do some research on other Drs in the area and avoid them altogether

The doctor was very rude and kept making backhanded remarks the entire time. I had two wisdom teeth removed and was not put under or given gas. After the procedure, the doctor also did not stitch up the cuts, claiming that I was being "too difficult", and left me in an unreasonably immense amount of pain and distress. The nurses were all amazing and comforting, it was just the main doctor that actually pulled my teeth that was the problem. Do not recommend.

5 stars for taking good care of bills using medical and dental insurances. Friendly staff. Dr. Ravelo was very friendly and took good care. Procedure was quick and well done. Went to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. Definitely recommend for wisdom teeth extraction. Don't eat anything from the night before if you are going to need anesthesia to do the procedure.

The doctor was really rude to me, all I could remember was waking up and crying after being sedated because I still remembered his rude comments. The nurses were wonderful one even held my hand for comfort. Just that doctor sheesh.

Went in for dental implants the whole staff was amazing they answered my questions and were very informative about my procedure. I called with more questions and they were fast to see me to address my concerns. The only thing I would recommend is maybe give people five more minutes before you send them out after sedation.

Thank GOD for Dr Revello @ the Princeton office!! I had a cyst on the roof of my mouth that had been there TEN years. I tried MULTIPLE times to have it removed BUT no Oral Surgeon would do it w/o a huge down payment & this is with me having the highest dental plan available!! Dr Revello truly saw a person & not $. He worked out a payment arrangement that NO other Dr would even consider doing in the past. It's so nice to know that there are ppl who still care! His office staff were ALL WONDERFUL also.
