My first visit here and it was great! Dr Schofield is very thorough and explains things well. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. My cleaning was awesome!

Best dentist in Carson City! Dr. Schoefield is great, he is thorough and gentle! Everyone is friendly, the hygienist is awesome! Would highly recommend!

I LOVE this place & highly recommend! I've been a patient for close to 30 years. The hygienists are top notch! They truly care about preserving your smile and keeping your gums and teeth as healthy as possible. Dr. Schofield is fantastic. He is thorough and provides excellent patient care. Holly, the assistant, is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and is a true patient advocate. Leticia is fantastic and always greets you with a warm smile. This office is just wonderful.

Terrific dentist and staff always make me feel welcome and cared for. Had a dental emergency and they fit me in the next morning and addressed my problem. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Mountain Dental since my first dental visit as a child. Dr Schofield is a fantastic dentist who listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. He and the whole staff are very friendly. My husband now goes here. Highly recommend Mountain Dental.

My teeth have never felt so clean! The hygienist was very thorough and she never made me feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient although i knew they were busy. Dr Schofield and his staff are extremely kind people and made me feel like a person rather than a patient.

Loved the office! Such friendly staff! Went in with a cavity that had been bothering me for weeks! Dr. Schofield did a great job on my filling.

Mountain dental is by far the best in Carson City. I never feel I'm being overcharged and my hygienist is very thorough with my cleaning. The dentist is very talented and doesn't pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable. Thanks guys for the amazing service.

I would definitely recommend Mountain Dental. Got me in very quickly when I had a problem with a tooth. Dr. Schofield is amazing. Saved me a ton of money on 2 root canals and crowns that another dentist told me I needed. I don't have insurance, so I was very grateful they saved me from paying for unneeded work. The hygienists are awesome as well! I'm so pleased with Mountain Dental that my son and husband are switching to them.

I was quoted $240 for a procedure, I filled out my paper work online before arrival like I was asked. I was polite, kept my distance and had my own PPE. When I got there and was already through my exam they said it was going to be $504. It was emergency work I needed so I had little to no choice but to agree. I was up-charged for everything that they could possibly up-charge me for; they even charged me for PPE that the dentist wore to protect himself (Something that they already used before this pandemic) and $10 for a cheap pare of gloves and a thin paper mask seems a bit much. I felt unwelcome, like i was a nuisance; I don't have insurance and that might have been part of it. I needed help and felt like the dentist did everything he could to get the most money from my visit; the process was rushed and uncomfortable. Overall this visit was unpleasant and expensive for a simple procedure. I wouldn't recommend this Dental office if you don't have insurance.

Staff is Fabulous. However, I called several times to have my records transferred to my new dentist's 1500 miles away in my new city. Never got them. I was told at Mountain Dental I needed several root canals and cavities filled. According to my new dentist I don't need any root canals done.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Schofield. I have had three different services done by him and he just did a great Crown for me. I am more than happy with him and the entire office is very friendly. Highly recommend this office.

I've been going to Mountain Dental for about 15 years. I love the staff there and the dental hygenists are very friendly. I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a dentist.
