This has been my 4th or 5th dental appointment this year and my overall experience was & still is pleasant! I still am thankful I found out about Mt. Vernon Dental Smiles last year after a bad treatment from a different dental office. And I'm so glad I went today because it's my first time to meet/encounter Ms. Cecilia at the reception and she's awesome. She's helped me understand the charges for all the work that needs to be done and offered loads of information about payment options.

All my visits have been great! Dr Jarrett is awesome, he takes care of business while your in his chair. He's very kind and professional. Cecelia at the front desk is wonderful. She makes me smile. Thanks to the entire staff as everyone is great, I just don't know their names.

I keep getting a bill saying I need to pay. I tried paying but Cecilia said she'd take care of it because I had a credit on my account. I made sure it was paid when I went in last month and Cecilia said one again she will take care of it. Now I have a bill going to collections??? Nice. Worst dental office. Not to mention every time I go in there's a new person working at the desk so no one knows what's going on.

Very disappointed with practice after being a patient for 6 years. Upon arriving for my appointment on 11 Oct, after hearing the receptionist saying that they only had one dentist, I ask about my dentist Dr. Han and was then told that he was no longer with the practice. No one had informed me before arriving for the appointment that he was no longer there. This I felt was a disservice because I should have been informed that my dentist had moved to another dentist practice, so I could decide whether or not I want to keep my appointment with them. To pass me off to a dentist that I do not know and had never met during my 6 years there was wrong. During the teeth cleaning procedure, dentist tech was not organize with the procedure. Dentist hygienist told me three times my insurance cover the fluorine,but then sent me a bill for it the next day. Extremely unhappy.

Helpful, efficient, and friendly. Always love working with Dr. Han - he is a top notch dentist, master of his craft, and is always very knowledgeable, never patronizing. I appreciate the fact that he doesn't try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments or procedures, and I can always opt out of things like fluoride if needed. But rest assured, he embraces a mindset of proactive preventive care. Also a special thanks to hygienists Keke and Maggie as well as front desk associate, Cecilia, who are all very professional and pleasant.

9/5/22 through 9/15/22 I called every day for an appointment. I left voicemail messages because nobody answered the phone during business hours (8 am to 5 pm I called multiple times a day trying to get anyone). No return phone call. Not a peep from this office. Since Dr. Miller retired the office has gone way downhill. Very disappointed in the lack of services.

Dr. Han is the best dentist I have ever seen. I was very sad when I heard Dr. Han left this office. Hard to find a dentist as great as him.

Great place to be for everything dental! They are kind, quick and professional. They also do whatever they can to provide the best service to patients. That's why they are open late and some weekends.

I started visiting Mount Vernon Dental Smiles when I lived in Alexandria. I moved an hour away and still continue to go here since I really appreciate the time and attention they give to their patients. Dr. Han and Dr. Morris are wonderful!

I had been so upset about certain things that happened with billing, but after speaking with Cecilia at the front desk, it was just stress relief knowing that had happened. This truly is a very "family oriented" dental office. I highly recommend them. I just wish I knew more of how "dental Insurances" work and how much they pay out. Mt Vernon Dental Smiles is a great place to receive treatment. Always, always, call them if you have any issues.

Came four weeks ago, got a clean up. Wanted them to get rid of my cavities in the same day. Told me they didn't have time, even though they still had an hour and thirty minutes left. Tried to set a appointment early as possible. They ended setting my appointment 4 weeks ahead, with my cavities still bothering me. Came in today to get my cavities removed and waited for a whole hour, someone came in after, and got called up before I did even though I've been waiting for awhile. Definitely felt like I was a waste of their time, and it felt like if my problem didn't matter to them. Not coming back again.
