I was able to go in to the office same day for a dental emergency! The staff was simply wonderful & so kind through my entire visit! I also really appreciated the education received from the Dentist in regards to future treatment!

The most welcoming staff and Dentist I have ever met. Everyone is professional , yet personable. All staff is concerned for the patients comfort, they are concerned with everything being completed properly, yet you feel at home. When it comes to cost, etc., they work with you. I refer friends to this office. It is #1.

My husband and I have been coming to Mount Vernon Dental for years. While I know the dentist is not everyone's favorite place to go, Dr. Alex and Dr. Sprang are WONDERFUL! Their work is excellent, and they are kind and patient! The staff is all friendly and professional - you couldn't find a better place or people to help you care for your teeth!

I have been to Mount Vernon Dental several times now. Everyone is very friendly. The office is modern and high tech. I had a cavity filled by Dr. Sprang, it was by far the best experience I have had with getting a cavity fixed.
