In 2008, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky,earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Emilee continued her education at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2013. She completed an additional two-years of training at the University of Kentucky to specialize in pediatric dentistry. During her second year of residency, she served as the chief resident. Dr. Emilee is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry, ADA and Bluegrass Dental Society.

During your first visit, you will be introduced to our Pediatric Dental Team, given an office tour and and given an opportunity to discuss your child's unique smile and ways to keep it beautiful for years to come.
Depending on the age of your child, he or she will either be given a knee-to-knee examination (where your babys head will rest on our doctors knee while their body is on your lap) or a regular exam in the doctors chair.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Oral hygiene instructions will also be given with suggestions to help your child care for their own teeth. In most cases, we will also clean their teeth on this visit, and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.

A Pediatric Dentist, like Dr. Emilee, is a specialist dedicated to the oral health of children and the monitoring of their facial growth and development. Our office is designed for treating children from infancy through adolescence, as well as the medically and the physically compromised. When a Pediatric Dentist is Board Certified it means that the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry or ABPD certifies that the dental care being provided is based on standards of excellence that lead to high quality oral health care for infants, children, adolescents and patients with special health care needs. Certification by the ABPD provides assurance to the public that a Pediatric Dentist like Dr. Emilee have successfully completed accredited training and a voluntary examination process designed to continually validate the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to the delivery of quality patient care.

Very nice and patient with my daughter who was nervous about going to the dentist. They loaded her down with stickers, prizes and even a shirt! They also allowed my 6 year old son to sit in the lobby so I wouldn't have to reschedule as well!

I have to say this appointment was my son's first appointment, he's 2. Him, being a very enthusiastic and energetic child he cried a small bit but was in and out and comfortable and he usually isn't calm so this place must have something other offices don't. I'm happy very happy with this place. It was quick so quick I I didn't mention it! I was so surprised.

My baby had her very 1st check up and clean today and she was very nervous and scared and the staff was very fast and friendly & patient with her and helped talked her through it.. I loved all of the staff and Ms Emily they are the best around in my opinion.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

Best pediatric dentist office! It is decorated so fun and they are so patient with my little one who is almost 2. She loves getting a balloon and ducky after each visit! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Took my 1 year old for his first exam today and they were so sweet and kind with him! We love to come here!
