Dr. Avanti Sanghavi graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2011. She also attended a one year residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Trained in a technology-rich and teamwork approach environment, she prides herself in providing individual patient-centered and comprehensive oral care founded on the principles of ethical practice and research.
Her mission is to provide exceptional and uncompromising dental care in a personal, professional, and efficient manner to all of her patients. She works diligently to be the very best oral health care professional, with the best education, the best staff, the best service, and the most comfortable, family-oriented place for patients to be cared for.
Dr. Sanghavi is an active member of the Illinois State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She also attends as many classes as she can to stay up to date with the most modern dental practices and technologies.
In her spare time, Dr. Sanghavi enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys meeting new people and believes that there is something new to learn from every person you meet in life. In addition to this she enjoys cooking and learning new art related things.

We respect and understand that many patients experience dental anxiety. At our office, we do everything we can to make sure that your experience is as enjoyable as possible. By communicating clearly what you can expect during your treatment, we are often able to alleviate dental fear. We encourage you to bring headphones and music to listen to during your treatment and ask us about dental sedation options.

My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Sanghavi's practice. Dr. S is a caring, accomplished dentist who makes us feel very at ease with her confident expertise. Her staff, Monica, Donna & Laura, are also top-notch, friendly and welcoming.

Recently had my first deep cleaning. Absolutely painless. I learned about new dental devices to help me clean my teeth better and more comfortably and now I have better breath!! YIPPEE! I am in love with my dentist and hygienist. I was very apprehensive as this was my first deep cleaning. My previous, wonderful, dentist of 30 years retired, and I now find myself very lucky again to have a fantastically skilled and caring dental health provider.

Some people may say they don't look forward to going to the dentist, but I don't mind at all. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always leave with a 'Smile' on my face. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!!!

I am a cancer survivor and my medications destroyed my teeth. I couldn't believe that I can even get implant teeth. Dr. Avanti Sanghavi was very supportive and make the process much smoother and less painful that I was thinking. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Sanghavi is very good and very thorough. She takes the time to explain in great detail any treatments that she recommends for your care. Additionally, she is very calming which I really appreciate as I am a very tense patient when it comes to going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Sanghavi for your dental care. I love Dr.Sanghavi I had a crown done and am very pleased with the outcome! Dr.Sanghavi did all the work with 1 shot with NO PAIN during the work or AFTER I got home! I'm VERY happy with the doctor, dental support staff & office staff! I'd highly recommend Dr.Sanghavi & office! Dental work just doesn't get better!

I was having issues with my smile and my dentist retired and moved with no notice. I had a missing tooth and was embarrassed when I smiled. The plan was always to get an implant but I was looking for an expert. I heard about Dr. Sanghavi who is well published and highly recommended. When I met her I was impressed with her knowledge and how she provided a treatment plan that covered my whole mouth, not just my concern about the missing tooth. My first impression when I entered the office was that it was a relaxing and welcoming environment, professional with old world charm.
