In order to offer a high quality of care to all patients, we do not contract with any insurance companies. We do, however, accept most forms of insurance. Our financial coordinators are ready to assist you with questions and, when needed, will discuss the best financing option to suit your needs.
Myriam (Hudicourt) Raber was born and raised in Haiti. She is the youngest of 11 children. Although both her parents were physicians, the family had limited access to good dental care. Myriam endured dental pain throughout most of her childhood. Like many, she assumed that this was normal and that she would eventually lose her natural teeth. Soon after receiving much-needed care in her early teens, she decided to become a dentist. Dr. Raber is passionate about dentistry. She truly understands the patients perspective for nearly all dental procedures.
Education: Dr Myriam Raber is a 1988 alumnus of Goshen College in Indiana. In 1992, she graduated with High Honors from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. In 1993, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Indianapolis. In 1994, she finished a Cerebral Palsy Fellowship at Riley Childrens Hospital in Indianapolis. During that year she also taught in the pediatric dental clinics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
From 1995 to 2001, Dr. Raber and her family lived in Gressier, Haiti as full time dental and eye care missionaries. In 2007, she started Raber Dental, achieving her dream of having her own high-quality private practice. To this day, she is involved with several charity clinics in Haiti while also working at safety net clinics in Holmes and Wayne counties.
Dentistry is a fast-changing profession. In order to offer the best possible care, Dr. Raber continually attends courses in all aspects of dentistry. In July 2011, she earned her Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. Fewer than 1% of dentists have achieved this honor.
Dr Raber is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Ohio Dental Association (ODA), the Tuscarawas and Stark Counties Dental Associations, the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and the International Association for Orthodontics (IAO).
Dr. Min Goo Kang was born and raised in South Korea. At an early age, he had the opportunity to go on a medical mission trip to Mongolia, where he assisted a dentist and was attracted to the field. After the trip, he shadowed a few dentists. His interest in dentistry grew, and he eventually decided to become a dentist.
Dr. Min graduated from Central Christian High School and attended the College of Wooster, where he received Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He then received his Doctorate in Medicine in Dentistry degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Ohio Dental Association (ODA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and the American Orthodontic Society (AOS).
Hi, my name is Melanie. I worked in the dental field as a receptionist in previous years but took time off to raise a family. Now that my children are older, I am excited to be back in a dental office, meeting new patients and helping with their dental needs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children. I also enjoy working out, cooking, baking, and drinking strong coffee.
Hi, my name is Cortney. I have worked at Raber Dental since 2014 as a scheduling coordinator. I enjoy working with our patients to coordinate treatment times to meet their needs. In my free time, I enjoy attending my childrens sporting events. I also have a love for animals.

Hello! My name is Tonya. I am a Dental Assistant at Raber Dental with more than 15 years of experience. I am certified in coronal polishing and in radiography through the Ohio State Dental Board, and am a National Certified Dental Assistant. I worked for 10 years, then took time to be a stay-at-home mom and raise my four daughters before returning to the dental field. I truly enjoy working with my patients! When not working, I love spending time with my four daughters, granddaughter, and extended family.

I am passionate about educating my patients in oral disease precaution and creating strong relationships. Outside of work, I like spending time with my family and enjoying nature. I also love being a dog mom to my chocolate lab, Wiley.
