With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Dr. Moulton has established countless meaningful, long-term relationships. For him, being in this profession means helping people every day, and when someone comes to him with dental-related fear or serious pain, he finds it extremely gratifying to be able to remedy the situation and create a genuinely comfortable environment here in Hoover for their care. Turning embarrassment over ones smile into true pride is such a rewarding feeling as well, and he knows that his dental office has dramatically changed the oral healthcare views of countless visitors for the better.

While playing football in elementary school, Dr. Moulton received a scary blow to the face that knocked his two central incisors loose. His dentist helped him keep the teeth instead of removing them, and he was very grateful and impressed with the entire treatment experience. From that point on, he knew he wanted to join the dental field one day too as his career and all these years later, hes never regretted that decision for a second.

After completing his undergraduate degree as Phi Beta Kappa at Emory University, Dr. Moulton was awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine by the University of Alabama Dental School. He also completed a one-year residency program with the Veterans Administration Hospital. He is a firm believer that oral healthcare is a discipline where a commitment to lifelong learning is required, which is why he continues to stay abreast of the latest technological developments and treatment methodologies in the field through continuing education. This includes several courses completed through the Spear Institute. He is currently a member of the following organizations:

Dr. Moulton has been married to his wife Debra for nearly 40 years, and they have a daughter named Christina and a son named Patrick. Whenever he has spare time outside of the dental office, his favorite hobbies include playing chess, reading, and traveling.

Allisons career in the dental field spans a full two decades so far. Originally from Birmingham, she studied at both Jacksonville State University and Jefferson State Community College before completing her dental education at Bessemer Technical College. Her favorite part of this job is being able to make people smile!

At home, Allison is the proud mom of twin boys named Austin and Will, as well as a dog named Tadpole who is a model. In her spare time, she enjoys doing all sorts of outdoor activities, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family. Shes also a huge Auburn fan and loves watching them play any sports.

Originally from Birmingham, Christina completed her undergraduate education at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and is now busy applying to dental schools. She loves getting to know patients and their families very well through her work!

Outside of the dental office, Christinas hobbies include spending quality time with her family, reading, playing tennis, watching nature documentaries, and indulging her love of animals (especially dogs.) She speaks Spanish fluently and has a pet hedgehog named Kiwi at home.

Melissa has been working in dentistry for over a decade so far. Originally from Mobile, she received her education at the University of South Alabama. Her favorite part of this job is a simple answer: meeting new people!

Terah may be relatively new to our team, but she has been in the dental field for more than three decades now! Since she grew up in Alabama, it was only natural for her to pursue her studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Throughout the years, her favorite part of her job has remained the same: her patients.

Abby was born and raised right here in Alabama! When it came time for her studies, she completed the ADHP dental hygiene program and some courses at Jefferson State Community College. Now, she has nearly a decade of experience in the world of dentistry. The best part? Building relationships with patients and educating them on how to better care for their smiles.

Abby and her husband Ethan have been married for more than six years now, and they have one son and a daughter on the way! They also have a dog and two cats. One of her favorite things to do outside the office is caring for her house plants. She loves shopping for new varieties and getting her hands dirty during a re-pot.
