This dental is total SCAM. Never coming back i would not recommend anyone to this dental . Very unprofessional staff . They overcharged on any service and will not explain properly what are the charges for and when you ask them they will not response you properly and clearly. I would like to suggest everyone to follow this dental review very seriously if you want to save your money and time.

Dr Almajdalani has been my dentist for over 15 years . He is an experienced and exceptional dentist that I will continue to drive from the East Bay to Daly city to see him. I needed major dental work and he has done an outstanding job fixing my teeth and correcting my prior dentist mistakes. I am a super busy man myself and I appreciate the manager Mouhammad for his professionalism in accommodating me despite their packed schedule even during the pandemic . I am shocked to see some of the negative reviews of this office. Seeing Dr Almajdalani , the manager and at least 3 of his assistants in the same office for over 20 years speaks volumes .

Dr Mouhannad is an Awesome Dr. I used to visit him on regular bases for all of my dental needs before moving out of California for job. He is professional and a very good Dr who always did a great job on my teeth. His staff members are great and helping. I would reccommend him to anyone at any day.

The office staff is extremely welcoming and warm .Dr Mouhannad is so gentle when he is working on your mouth .He has such a warm spirit .

Weird guy sit in front desk use unprofessional Word and attitude shaking shaking his leg to serve all the patient, also use four fingers tell patient to "come here" not feel any respect for this environment! No no recommend, specialty for kids and senior . I am school teacher and Member SF. San Mateo County sheriff smile every day to my students and parents , after I visit today still not feel really well , this is true feelings .

New patient alert: I just called to make an appointment, and I asked a few questions, but the lady on call was so rude. I decided not to go with this dentist. At least first impression is bad.

I called to reschedule an appointment just to hear someone on the other end of the line who hated his life being as rude as possible with short answers and not helpful at all. I couldn't make it to my appointment and had to reschedule. The person said well you dont have to come here if you dont want to and hung up.. I called back talked to a really nice rep just to hear that the original male who picked up the phone was the OWNER!!!!!!!!!!! THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I"VE TALKED TO OVER A LONG TIME!!!.. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?????????????????????????????????????

Unprofessional... the dentist recommended the costly treatment of canine extenders to help with TMJ. He completed the work with 0 patience for me needing to occasionally & briefly close my mouth. Soon as the procedure was over he said "ha hopefully they don't fall out". Then I had to shell out almost 900$. The risk of them falling out was never explained to me previously.

***DON'T COME HERE, ALL THE BAD REVIEWS IS TRUE*** This is the worst dentist clinic ever. These people here doesn't understand customer service. They scheduled me a appointment for regular cleaning 3 months ago and never mention anything about my insurance won't cover the cleaning service. Today I came for my appointment and sat down inside getting ready to get my cleaning service done. Front desk staff came over right before we start and told me I have to pay $45 because my insurance doesn't cover extra cleaning service that they scheduled me 3 months ago. Told them why didn't you tell me before my scheduled appointment so I at least I know. I told them it's not about the $45 it's the principle. So I told her just go ahead and I'll pay the $45 service. She responded with "okay it's your choice". I told her you guys made the mistake and because of your attitude I change my mind about paying the $45 and left.

I didn't have many dentists to choose from due to my insurance so I picked the highest rated I could find: Mouhannad Almajdalani at a whopping 3.7 stars. When I asked to schedule an appt, I was told the wait would be a few months out, so I began looking for another dentist. Although, I didn't have much luck & ended up calling back. They gave me the same response as the first time. I said it's ok & asked for the earliest one available. Come to find out "a few months" meant they could see me in a few weeks. That was a red flag to me, but I scheduled a cleaning & went anyway. Once I was there, I was asked by both assistants what I came in for. I told them I was there for a cleaning. They took X-rays, analyzed my teeth, etc. - all common practices, but it seemed to be taking longer than usual so an hour in I asked if they were getting to the cleaning. That's when they told me they don't do cleanings at the first appt for new patients. This is information that should have been relayed when I made my appt & when I said I was there for a cleaning. Terrible communication on their end & a total waste of time in the middle of my busy workday. Wouldn't recommend.

Horrible service. Didnt even bother to call insurance to verify my parents had to walk out of office for 2 appts. the owner is sloppy lazy and rude. Do not go to this office. Do not deserve any stars.

Called in hoping for some relief from this pain in my mouth come to find out it's a wisdom tooth I'm expecting this whole big thing and having not seen a dentist in almost a decade. Dr Almajdalani was really nice and his assistant was great! In and out and at a great price as well 10/10 would recommend and I've deff found my dentist thank you for helping me out!!!

I have been seeing Dr Almajdalan for over 3 years I'm a very sensitive person when it comes to pain. Each visit he makes sure I don't deal with pain etc, I recently had a bone draft and until today it's been amazing recovery no pain or discomfort. His always very friendly and outgoing along with his brother always with a big smile I feel very comfortable when I visit them it's not like a dentist appointment where you feel stressed out it more like a family environment that you feel. All the staff is amazing the assistant's always friendly and outgoing. Big thank you for their amazing job

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....This place lacks any type of knowledge in dentistry or customer service. I don't know how they've managed to stay open this long. I can't believe I settled for this dental office and even considered taking my daughter there. Please read the other reviews before trying this place.

Average wait time is 30 minutes. Waited for a cleaning for over an hour. Last appointment was for a 2 minute gum check from their specialist? Total waist of time since the Dentist originally said he was going to go over the treatment plan and costs, but he went on vacation. When I expressed my frustration with the receptionist, he argued back. Definitely getting another Dentist. They were happy to cancel all my appointments without any apologies . Careful with this place.
