We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Moss loves to serve others and be a part of the community. He grew up on a farm in Southeast Idaho. Dr. Moss attended Ricks College, Utah State University and received Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2006.
After graduating, he returned to Idaho where he worked for a dental group for three years in Twin Falls and Spokane Washington. Dr. Moss and his family have lived in Coeur d'Alene since 2008 and love this community and the people here. Dr. Moss is truly excited to practice in Northern Idaho where he uses the latest advances in dentistry to truly create a warm and inviting dental experience for his patients. Dr. Moss and his wife have five children and enjoy spending time together in the outdoors. They are excited to raise their children in such a family oriented community.
Kim is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists and has been in the dental field for 24 years. She is married, has two daughters and one adorable dog. Kim keeps very busy with family activities and volunteering. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and chocolate.
Maureen grew up in Northern California and moved to Oregon to go to college. She graduated from OIT Dental Hygiene School in 2000, and then moved to the Inland North West for her husband's job with Les Schwab Tires. They have lived here for 15+ years and absolutely love it. They have 3 great kids, 2 cats, and 1 dog. She enjoys getting outside in her yard and playing in the dirt. Decorating is a passion for her, so I look at flower gardening as decorating for the outside. Maureens family enjoys boating and getting out on the lake as much as possible. She loves her work in dentistry because she gets to help people improve their overall health and develop lifelong relationships. I love getting to know my patients on a personal level.
Heather has been a dental hygienist for 18 years. She enjoys bringing healthy smiles to patients faces through gentle but thorough care. In her free time she enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with her family.
Mariah was born and raised in Coeur d Alene, her family has 5 generations here. She is a mother of 2 beautiful girls and has one on the way. On Mariahs time off she enjoys playing competitive softball, coaching and being an umpire. Her family loves to go fishing, take the dirt bikes out and spend the weekend in the woods. Her favorite quote is: Be yourself everyone else is taken.
Kessa grew up around this area and currently lives on a small farm in Chattaroy with her husband and daughter. She has been in dentistry for almost 15 years. Kessa started out as a dental assistant and eased her way into scheduling and handling insurance. She takes great pride in helping patients understand their coverage and financial options. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors as much as possible doing things such as camping and gardening.
Merissa has recently joined our team from Seattle, but has been in the dentistry field for 5 years, where she started as a dental assistant and worked her way into front office. She enjoys making people smile and educating them about dentistry. She loves traveling, singing and baking!

Went in for a first time patient visit. Sis my X-rays and exam and they told me I had to get a deep cleaning done and hit me with a $334 out of pocket price tag. I tried to make an appointment for just a regular cleaning that way my insurance company would pay 100% for it. I was told that I cannot schedule a regular cleaning and it has to be a deep cleaning or nothing at all. Unfortunately I can't afford $334 out of pocket right now and figured that any kind of cleaning would be better than no cleaning at all. At least until I can save up enough money for the deep cleaning or possibly be in a better financial situation in a few months. But, that's not good enough for this dental office. They want ALLLL your money. Was even going to start bringing my kiddo here but not now. I'll take my business else where. Thanks for caring about the money and NOT the patients teeth! So sad :(

Dr. Moss and staff provide excellent service. They diagnosed a problem I have and suggested a resolution. Explanation of the suggested corrective procedure was fully explained, cost estimates given, and appointment scheduled. I highly recommend Moss Family Dentistry.

We have a complicated life and we travel more then we are home. We were pleasantly surprised with the kindness of the staff. They really went above and beyond to get the needed work done in a timely manner. Complete transparency, you know exactly what they are doing. The technology they use, oh my goodness. Helps you really understand what's going on in your mouth. Amazing!

Highly recommend Dr. Moss as an outstanding dentist who puts patients first and provides excellent dental care! I have a patient (I am an orthodontist in another area) who was out of town on vacation north of Hayden and had an accident displacing and fracturing some of her front teeth on a Sunday (today). They called me in a panic and I reached out to Dr. Moss (I had met him 8-10 years ago - but have never seen him since) and asked him if he would look at her. He immediately responded he would take care of her right away.... dropped whatever he was doing at home with his family and met her and her family and his office immediately Sunday afternoon. He sent me pictures and x-rays (including 3D images - which few dentists have) -- and he had done an outstanding job placing the teeth back in place and stabilizing them. When I called the family up to check on them tonight -- they had nothing but glowing reports of the excellent care Dr. Moss had provided their daughter and were so grateful for him coming in just for them. If you are looking for a dentist who is going to put you first as a patient and provide excellent quality dental work and care -- Highly recommend Dr. Moss !

My daughter had an accident and had some teeth nearly knocked out with quite a bit of damage. Dr. Moss came in on a Sunday and opened up the office just to see my daughter and get her teeth/mouth looked at and realigned. We live out of the area and it was pretty stressful trying to locate a dentist for this emergency that could see my daughter right away. I was impressed with not only his quick response, but professional and caring service. This would absolutely be my dentist if I lived in the area.
