The staff at Moses Oral and Facial are absolutely amazing. Dr. Moses took great care of me. I am very much satisfied with the services that they provided for me!!!!! I Highly Recommend this place!!!!!!

Rule of Thumb - if I don't have any complements, I try not to say anything at all. I have had such bad experiences with various dentists that I am extremely apprehensive going to any dentist. Well, push came to shove, I needed to go to a dentist again and the dentist I went to, referred me to Dr. Walter Moses and I got in very quickly. I needed a root to be removed and an implant put in it's place. To say that I was very nervous, is greatly understated!! His injections were nothing to fear, he was extremely gentle. I was still waiting for him to extract the root when he said he was just about to do the implant.......I could hardly believe it, as I was still sitting there just about breaking the arms of the chair, waiting for that extraction, lol!! I heard the drilling for the implant but it was nothing that terrified me (like I had experienced elsewhere). Stitches given - no problem. Staff were very pleasant and professional, just like Dr. Moses!! I received a call the same evening from Dr. Moses himself, to check up on me. I was flabbergasted, to say the least, and extremely impressed that he would take the time to call me himself. He has impeccable bedside manners and I would refer him without any hesitation!!

Was told by the office staff that my daughter's insurance was in network only to drive 80 miles from Oxford for appointment to be told her insurance is not taken. Stay far away from these incompetent people!!

Wow! I had a great experience. Dr. Moses and staff were caring and professional. Also, there was no crazy long wait time. I highly recommend them. Dr. Moses even called me after my surgery, just to check on me. That shows a lot right there.

I couldn't ask for a better place to get my wisdom teeth removed, from the front desk all the way to the doctor.I was referred to him by my regular dentist, and by that afternoon I had received a call from doctor Moses office. And had a appointment that following week to make my teeth removed. Couldn't ask for better staff or doctor.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Moses taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred by my dear friend and can see why. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff is so unprofessional. I booked an appointment earlier in the week and gave them my insurance information. 5 more days had passed and they still didn't have an estimate for me. Every time I called they told me it'd be tomorrow. Then when I called tomorrow, it'd be the next day. I cancelled my appointment and got an emergency extraction at Wohrman's Dental in Memphis. It's sad that I had to take a trip that far when I live in the Delta. Maybe Moses is a great dentist, but his staff makes that hard to determine.

I had a back molar that was causing pain & a surgery pending in 2 weeks. My dentist referred me to Dr Moses who saw me 2 days later & extracted the tooth. He was gentle, caring & took care of my tooth immediately. His staff were professional, polite & very helpful. I would recommend Dr Moses to anyone who needed an orthodontist.

I got a referral here in May to remove my wisdom teeth. They wanted me to pay $2,000 upfront since they were out of network and insurance would reimburse me, okay I understand. But then they said they needed to call my insurance for whatever reason and they would give me a call back for the payment and to secure a spot, I never received a call back. They also said the $235 I paid for an X-ray would be reimbursed through insurance and it hasn't been. So I'm not even sure if they filed it with insurance or just took my money. Now I got in with a new oral surgeon and they called Moses for my X-rays and they claim they don't have them. I do not like this place at all.

Was pleased with service I received in this clinic . Office Staff did not seem very organized over the phone and certainly not friendly. (As a first time patient there, I almost did not keep my appointment because of this.) But in person, all went smoothly and I would choose this office again if I needed a service ---Excellent local Oral Surgeon and Physician's Assistant!

Dr. Moses and his staff were absolutely wonderful. I am so blessed to have been placed in his care. He (and his staff) was so patient and worked with my anxiety. I was terrified of going into surgery, and they made it an absolute breeze. My healing areas look clean and professionally done perfectly! If I had to go through this procedure again I'd choose this place a million times!

I was referred to Dr. Moses by my dentist. I had to have two molars removed. I wasn't happy with the news of extraction, or that my dentist wouldn't be the one removing my teeth. I soon got over and surprisingly was ready to have those teeth yanked out. I have anxiety, and it's unbearable in doctor's offices, however this visit was different. The staff made me feel comfortable, they talked to me. They called before my appointment, they actually cared to know how I was feeling. (I'm sending them Christmas cards forever!!!) They did everything with care, even the COVID exam was done with care. The care doesn't end with the staff, Dr Moses and his entire crew were amazing. He explained everything to me, talked me through his plan, and told me the recovery plan while I was awake. I didn't experience any pain the entire first day. I took pain medicine as I had been instructed, and I felt great. I didn't experience nausea, upset stomach, or itching. My oral surgery went well. Dr. Moses and his entire crew are amazing, I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

This was my first time having to get sedated. I was extremely scared but that made sure I was comfortable. It happen so fast and i never felt a thing. Once home about 6 hours the doctor calls and checks on me and even ask did i have any other questions. The entire staff was just lovely. Thanks again

It was Friday the 13th, I was having pain from a dental crown, and all the local dentists were off on spring break. I was desperate, even knowing this was outside of Dr. Moses practice I stopped by to see if he could help me. Without hesitation he took me back and looked at my tooth. He made a phone call and was able to get me in to have an X-ray and consultation with a local dentist that day. If I ever need the services of an oral surgeon there is no question Dr. Moses would do the work. His father was my physician until his untimely passing. He was extremely intelligent, competent, diligent, dedicated, and compassionate. It is obvious the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in the Moses family!
