Growing up, Dr. Harder wanted to become a veterinarian just like his father. However, he eventually learned that he wanted to be able to talk with his patients! He made the switch to dentistry, found a perfect match for his skills and personality, and hasnt regretted his decision one bit.

After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Idaho, Dr. Harder attended Creighton University for dental school. Since then, he has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education courses, mostly focusing on esthetics and minor orthodontics. Nowadays, in addition to the clinical work in his practice, he is a contributing author for Dental Economics, the worlds leading print and digital practice management journal in the dental field. He is also certified in Invisalign.

Dr. Harder enjoys all the many activities that the Columbia Basin offershunting, fishing, RV camping, and concerts at the Gorge. He also enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 20 years. He also has three children, who are all grown up now.

Even after nearly 20 years of serving our patients at Moses Lake Family Dentistry, she still loves that she gets to learn and experience something new and different every day. Originally from Enterprise, OR, Diane is married and has one daughter and two granddaughters. Away from the office, she enjoys fishing, biking, reading, and cooking. One interesting fact about her is that she has a huge Fiestaware collection.

Originally from Coulee City, Kaitlin has been working in dentistry for over five years so far. She completed her education in dental hygiene at Wenatchee Valley Community College and Pierce College. Today, what she enjoys most about her job is being able to build such strong trust and such wonderful personal relationships with each patient, as well as learning all about them and their families. Outside of work, she is getting married in September of 2019 and has a Border Collie fur-child whom she absolutely adores. She lives and works on a ranch and really enjoys being around cows and horses on a daily basis. She also loves traveling and tries to visit at least one new place every year.

Lisas career in the dental field covers over 30 years so far, and she loves working with such wonderful patients every day here at Moses Lake Family Dentistry. She attended the dental hygiene program at Yakima Valley College for her education. She is married to her husband Tim and loves riding on the back seat of her husbands Harley when she isnt busy at work. Her other hobbies include lifting weights and doing CrossFit.
