I wish it was better, I got my wisdom teeth removed and they forgot to put gauze In my mouth so I got home and had to put some in and they didn't prescribe me pain meds. when I had asked if they could.

Complaint: You will not nor should one of your nurses ever point their temperature gun at someone's head. Peer review your papers about using the wrist. Tell your nurse to never argue with me again about it Otherwise I love the place. Kind, courteous doctors, and nurses - except the one I spoke to at the front desk 2 yrs later this stands! Obviously no COVID garbage to deal with, but the front end needs work. I always feel they're trying to get rid of me, or don't want me coming to them any longer. Not impressed with being made to feel that way....

Was given incorrect info about my autistic daughters appointment. The receptionist upfront is rude and condescending. I expressed how I felt and was ignored. Not a happy mom right now.

Very satisfied with our visit! Dr. Gregg Liedka was so helpful & caring with us and our 2 year old daughter. We came for a second opinion for her bc she is scheduled to go under anesthesia soon & he told us lots of good information and let us know what the best option is for her! We definitely left with peace of mind, we recommend coming here. (:

I'm very happy to be a new patient at MLDG. My first appt was with Jene and Dr Liedtka for X-rays and initial exam/consult. They both made me feel comfortable, listened to any concerns and answered my questions. Dr Liedtka has a sense of humor, very charming and you can tell how much he appreciates his staff. I returned a few weeks later for my cleaning and saw Max. Let me say, very friendly, I felt like we were long lost friends catching up. Absolutely made the appt go quicker. I can tell she loves her job. She insisted she introduce me to Dr Pester who went out of his way to say hello. There was virtually no wait for either of my appts. The office is up to date, super clean and very welcoming. Front desk staff were inviting and kind. I'm one of those easy, no major issue patients so for now I will only need my twice a year cleanings. But I have confidence if I do have any issues I'll be well cared for. Thank you to your entire team!

Highly recommend Moses Lake Dental Group! They are caring, professional, and just great! It's like going to see friends. The dr's are very caring about patient comfort and genuinely care about their patients. Just a great place to go when needing dental care.

The front desk is very friendly. Unfortunately, I am always so sore the next day after my procedures. If you are looking for a gentle dental experience and you have a sensitive mouth, you may want to go elsewhere. If I had known what I know now, I may have chosen to go to a different clinic. I don't even know the names of the dentist or the ladies who assisted on my crown. Just know if wasn't a pleasant experience and I am really glad I took a muscle relaxer before my appointment.

FIVE STARS FOR THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST/DENTIST that we were blessed with. He explained everything that the referring provider didn't, and just made everything very understandable. My seven-year-old was extremely comfortable. HOWEVER, I guess everything can't be good... BECAUSE THE RECEPTIONIST HERE IS ABOUT AS SHARP AS A BOWLING BALL, The young lady with dark hair. When I was making the actual appointment for my son's procedure(Which is extremely extensive and involves anesthesia and multiple dental procedures in one day) she stated she could not give me a time for the procedure because there may be emergencies and all, like what?? This is not cool at all, this is something that needs to be planned accordingly and no it's not OK for you to call me the day before with a time for the procedure when my son cannot eat anything and he can only have clear liquids two hours before, planning is extremely important especially when it's a young child that has never had a procedure like this before, I just think it's crazy that she did that. Like how am I supposed to be OK with that, like even if there was emergencies all of your appointments should still be able to be fulfilled there should be enough staffing for emergencies to be handled on a separate basis and not affect the set times of appointments for actual patients! PLUS THE BI$$H WAS RUDE AF!! I felt like I was at community health or something, not a upscale dental clinic that offers quality specialists. The receptionist did not match the level of care and the quality of the providers in this office, and I believe that the receptionist is a direct reflection of the clinic, Something like the first impression, AND SHE WASNT IT! NO STARS FOR HER!! so disappointing!
