Dr. Caballero is a graduate of Howard University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dentistry and completed an additional one year of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 2010. Dr. Caballero participates in continuing education courses and study clubs around the nation focusing on restorative aesthetic dentistry and dental photography allowing him to offer detailed procedures with enhanced imaging and technology.
With 14 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Caballero specializes in providing advanced services in dentistry such as minimally invasive dentistry to preserve natural tooth structure, dental implants, laser dentistry, traditional crowns, bridges, dentures and smile transformations from whitening to porcelain veneers to Invisalign.

I love Mosaic Smiles! Our family has been going here for many years. Everyone is very professional and skillful. I have had several crowns over the years and have had no difficulty with them. Dominique, the hygienist is especially thorough yet gentle. I highly recommend this practice!

Mosiac Smiles is a very professional dentist office that I would highly recommend to everyone. My appointment for a cleaning was on-time and I left in one hour with my future appointment scheduled. The dental care I have received has been superb and I plan to remain a customer as long as I remain in the Northern Virginia area.

I went in for some cavity fillings but wasn't sure I wanted them. The doctor sat with me and showed me what my teeth looked like. We used a shared decision making process to decide that I will wait to see what my teeth looked like in 6 months. I really appreciate a doctor who really listens!

I went for an emergency removal and Dr.Giovanni was absolutely amazing and made me feel relaxed and not ashamed of the state of my tooth. We created a plan and he had great bedside manner. His hygienist Abby made me feel so comfortable and was great to me too. Definitely will be going back for all my check ups and procedures. For those who are anxious about the dentist this is the place to be. I am so grateful.

I would recommend Mosaic Smiles to everyone. They are thorough, friendly, and use the latest technology to keep my dental health in great condition. They explain the procedures they are doing, as well as if there is anything they recommend doing so that I feel at ease with my decision. Again, I would, and have recommended them to others.

SURPRISE BILLING WARNING. Even with two dental insurances, I was told I would need to pay out of pocket. I really needed it done and the staff was nice and I felt as though I could trust the dentist. I asked upfront what the cost would be prior to scheduling the appointment. The day I came in for an appointment, I confirmed what the price would be again since I knew I was going to be paying out of pocket. I had the procedure done and paid what was agreed to. Again, making sure there would be no bills popping up later. Yet, surprise surprise I got another bill in the mail. They had reviews on yelp regarding this same issue which is why I made absolute sure to confirm time and time again and receive a receipt at the end. Yet, the acknowledge none of that and I will now need to pay something I did not agree to for sake of it hurting my credit.

I have had issues with dental providers being pushy and not listening and over charging. My experience from check in to the dental hygienist to seeing the dentist was excellent. They each talked me through my treatment plan and gained my upmost confidence in treating myself as well as my husband.

My son has autism spectrum, which means it's very hard to get any dental treatment done on him, as he's got sensory and motor sensitivities. Because of this, I had to change few dentists and hygienist as I couldn't find any one suitable to help my child with his dental problems and sensitivity issues. I fortunately made an appointment at Mosaic smiles dental hygienist, Heidi Kuhl to get few extractions done and since then, she's the only one my son trusts. I highly recommend her and Mosaic smiles clinic if you have a child who is fearful of visiting the dentist.

12/22 I had an appointment for 11:30am. When I checked in, I was told there would be a bit of delay as the office was backed up. No problem, I would be willing to wait a bit I said. However 12pm came and passed and I was getting a bit worried. I came out on my lunch break to see the dentist. When I made my appointment I was told there wouldn't be time for a procedure but the doctor could look and let me know what was going on at least (odd sensation in my back molar, no pain). At approximately 12:40pm, I asked how much longer it would be and was told another 30 minutes maybe! I'm fine with waiting and understand being backed up due to emergencies as they said in explaination but if the appointment is going to be delayed for OVER AN HOUR, that's something that should be disclosed at the beginning, not 40 minutes into waiting. It's simply unacceptable. I have had no problems with the people personally in this office but I will not be coming back and cancelled my future appointments as well. Now I have wasted time away from work and need to find another dentist office who will actually respect your time.
