Dr. Conley was born and raised in El Paso Texas. From an early age, she was surrounded by several health professionals in her family who played a large role in her love for helping others. Her appreciation and love for dentistry came from her first hand experience as a patient of exceptional dental professionals who helped restore her smile. Dr. Conley was drawn to dentistry because it combines an element of both art and science to enhance and treat many dental conditions.

After graduating with a degree in Microbiology, Dr. Conley attended the top ranked UT Health Science Center in San Antonio for dental school. Upon completion of her dental degree, she was accepted to an Advanced General Dentistry program where she earned her IV sedation certification and received extensive training on comprehensive general dentistry and implant placement.

Community outreach is her passion and she has had the privilege to help people in underserved areas both in the US and abroad. Dr. Conley believes there is no greater joy than serving those in need. She has witnessed firsthand how compassion and relieving patients of pain can change a persons life.

Dr. Conley is active in the Capital Area Dental Society where she serves as a committee member chair. Her involvement in organized dentistry is an opportunity to make a direct impact in her profession. She is currently working towards attaining her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, which requires taking over 500 hours of continuing education and passing a rigorous 400 question exam. Her commitment to being a life-long learner has enabled Dr. Conley to elevate her care offered to her patients at Mosaic Dentistry.

Dr. Conley met her husband, Dr. Azarnoush during dental school and moved to Austin after they finished their Advanced General Dentistry program. They are the proud owners of one dog, two cats and one fish. They love to travel, try new food, and are avid movie watchers. Dr. Conley loves to run and has a collection of medals to prove it. If shes not in the office you will find her at Orange Theory, traveling to San Antonio to visit Dr. A, or catching a movie at Alamo Drafthouse.

I was born and spent a good amount of my childhood in Iran and then moved to Cypress Greece. My parents wanted to ensure my siblings and I had the best educational opportunities, so we moved to Arlington Texas whenI was 13. We then moved to Austin Texas where I graduated from McNeil High School and went on to attend UT Austin. I got interested in dentistry by observing a local dentist and an orthodontist. I really enjoyed the patient interaction as well as the art and science behind the field. Dentistry has truly become my passion and I strive every day to ensure patients get the best care possible.I enjoy participating in study clubs and taking continuing education classes. In my spare time I enjoy working out, riding my bike and playing an occasional video game. If I had to pick a second career, I would love to be a pilot, as airplanes and flying them fascinate me. My parents live in Round Rock, just down the road from Mosaic Dentistry! My sister is currently a pharmacy student at UT Austin Pharmacy School and my brother will be graduating dental school this May and will attend a residency program in Periodontics. I am honored to be your dentist and look forward to meeting each and every one of you!

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They are so kind and compassionate about their patients concerns and fears first before moving forward with any treatment or exam. Highly recommend!!!

My family has been happy at Moseic Dentistry for years. They never fail to amaze us with their incredible hospitality. Even the simplicity of remembering the last time you came in and asking how that interview went, or how your son is holding up in his first day of middle School. Great. Wonderful. Fantastic every time.

I found Mosaic dentistry several years ago through the help of their great reviews, so it's about time I write one myself! They are one of those rare gems that I hesitate raving about them to too many people in fear they'll become too busy and impossible to get in lol. Over the years, I have gone here for cavity fillings (I used to be very prone to them before coming here - now it's a thing of the past!), regular teeth cleanings/x-rays/fluoride wraps, and Invisalign. With Invisalign treatments (which my husband also got from them too), there's a LOT of appointments involved...and every single one of them I have had outstanding dental care and the type of "above and beyond" customer service you just don't see very often anymore. They genuinely do care and make you feel like a friend. They have never tried to upsell me things I don't need. They answer all my million and one questions, and do an amazing job at easing anxiety. So a big, big thank you to Annissa, Dr. Conley, and Dr. A! Really appreciate you guys.

For some reason it seems odd that the office only hires women. The workplace is about 5050 and there are lots of men in the dental field. Hygienists and other staff positions yet offices like this still exist. Makes me a little uncomfortable. To be clear this is not a statement about work quality at all

Very courteous staff, excellent care, really feels like family. So incredibly grateful for the office staff, hygienists, and especially Dr. Conley & Dr. A. I've had terrible dental experiences in the past, full of pain, and I'm so thankful at Mosaic they help me get through with as little pain as possible. They absolutely exceed all expectations! I've been a patient for years, even when I moved to Louisiana, Florida, and San Antonio. Thank y'all for being the best dental team! Miss you Lupe, big hugs Christina, Annissa, Randi, & Lexi! Thank you all for everything.

I had a great cleaning process done at Mosiac Dentistry today and what matters most is the professional checking procedure done by Dr. Conley after cleaning and that's where one feels how important it is to have Mosiac as one's Dentistry.
