I am SO happy to have found a dental office I trust! Everyone in the office is very nice! They were wonderful to go through everything and make sure that I was ok with the out of pocket payments that my insurance did not cover before performing the dental work. Trista was my hygienist and she was the sweetest and most understanding hygienist I've ever had. She knew I was nervous and made me very comfortable. Dr. Diaz (I believe was the name) was great with explaining things to me. Love this office! First visit there but a forever patient as long as I'm in Katy!

Went to Morton Ranch Dentistry for an emergency tooth extraction. Called and spoke to the receptionists Evelyn. She was so helpful and accommodating. She could tell I was in dire straights at the time. She checked and was able to get me in that day. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I would be highly satisfied. Dr. Mike the Dentist was wonderful. He went over everything that would be done. I felt so at ease even though I was getting a tooth pulled. I couldn't be any more happy with the treatment. Found my new dental home Thank you everyone so much! Kathie Wesley

My cleaning went great and they are very gentle. HOWEVER they overcharged me and won't call me back. I asked for just a cleaning and the X-rays that were covered by my insurance 100% (the ones where you sit in the chair and you have to bite down) and they said there would be no charges since it was covered. They asked me if I wanted to do an additional X-ray that would be $67 (and that is used mostly if someone still has their wisdom teeth) so I told them no since I've had mine removed. The person who cleaned my teeth even walked me back to the front office and told the front office person that it would be $0. However, I got a statement from my dental insurance saying I owed $67. I called the office FOUR times to try to speak with the office manager, and they always say she is busy and take my name and number. I haven't gotten a single call back or voicemail. I'm super disappointed since I really enjoyed the service but the office manager can't even call me back for a simple issue. I'm going to have to go in person since they can't make a simple phone call or voicemail. i can't believe I called literally four times and they can't call me back..

Wasted my valuable time for nearly a month for a new patient scheduled appointment ONLY to get a call less than 24 hours before my appointment to be informed that my dental insurance was not acceptable. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of patient's time. Though I can't review the dental service but BE AWARE based on customer service issues.

Best dentist I have been to in Katy. I have tried a number of other doctors and have had many disappointing experiences. Great staff, clean location, affordable and the doctor was very knowledgeable. To find a dental office that doesn't want to to steal your money is rare nowadays! Will definitely be returning!

I had a great experience here. After not going to the dentist for so long I was able to feel very comfortable. The assistant and the doctor were super kind and attentive. Definitely would recommend anyone here!! See y'all in 6 months for my cleaning !

I didn't even get the opportunity to see the doctor because whoever Evelyn is has compelled me to find another dentist. Chick needs to be fired immediately. I called this morning to reschedule my appointment due to sickness and granted, I understood that it was last minute, but didn't want to risk getting anyone else sick. The first thing this unprofessional, sorry excuse for an admin states is "you didn't get sick this morning, you could have called us yesterday. Now you're not getting a another Saturday and you're not getting your deposit back." Like lady, I'm trying to simply move my appointment to prevent others from contracting whatever cold I have. I would have even been okay with paying a fee for a last minute reschedule, but she was so busy interrupting me while I was speaking and being rude, I didn't even want to deal with it. I don't know what wrong side of the bed she woke up on this morning, but she needs to go back and try again because her attitude is trash. Everyone else there was sweet and honestly, made me comfortable to come back even with my horrible anxiety about dentists in general, but not after this. Interestingly, all the negative reviews are about this woman and I am floored that she still works here at this point. Ridiculous.

I HATE writing reviews because I don't have time to complain on the internet like some people. That said, the disrespectful office manager here made me so compelled to write this. I was so excited to go here since it had such great reviews too but after my experience in office and over the phone, don't waste your money on this joke of a practice. They'll charge you baseless "office service fees" and claim that it's because of COVID. If you want outstanding, professional dental care without baseless fees go to Kingsland Dental. Way better than this hole in the wall practice. (If you can even call it that) Wife and I went in for a 100% covered (and verified in writing by insurance prior to the visit) yearly cleaning and exam. Months later we get a bill saying we owe them for something that wasn't covered. Contacted the insurance upon receiving this bill and they assured me there was no reason they should still be charging me. Then, another bill arrives claiming the same thing. So I call the office and speak to the office manager and she proceeds to give me the run around claiming I need to call my insurance even after I told her the above information. She cut me off was extremely disrespectful and outright had a disgusting attitude. By the way, she also has a terrible attitude in office too. She hung up on me (I was being cordial just asking her questions about why I would need to contact the insurance after I'd already verified this information with them) and I called back after she ignored my calls several times. She eventually answered and I was furious. I do admit at this point I lost my temper on this woman and asked her why she would hang up on me in the middle of a conversation about my billing inquiry. She continued to cut me off and repeatedly refused to answer simple questions. This woman is clearly not fit for this position and if I do not get in writing that this charge is being cleared off I will be swiftly moving on additional recourse here. Never treat people like this. Ridiculous. Morton Ranch Dental: "losing customers one phone call at a time."

The staff is incredibly friendly, the office is immaculate and clean. Dr. Diaz was so kind and gentle in my cleaning. I highly recommend Morton Ranch Dental to anybody who wants a great experience.

I called to make an appointment for routine dental care for my wife and I. Somebody answered introducing herself as "Evelyn." For some reason she hangs up on us. When I called back she condescendingly tells me that I have a foreign accent. My wife was shocked and wondered if this is a dental clinic. I asked to speak to somebody else but she couldn't let me and nobody ever followed up. I have been here before and the dentists and hygienists are very professional. But the fact that the front office staff behaves in a prejudicial manner, it is not worth getting care here if you happen to speak with a foreign accent. Get care where you are treated without prejudice.

Very unprofessional person at front desk very hard to understand and instead of the doctor himself explaining what was done to the patient he sends his assistant had to ask for a refund oo they ask for payment up front instead of payment after the work gets done will not go back

Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and they had me out in less than an hour. They are really good about keeping the appointment times also. But I would have to say the best part is the friendliness of all the staff, from the Receptionist all the way to the Dentist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
