Dr. Mario Serrano is a caring and compassionate dentist that focuses on his patients' comfort throughout their experience. In every service, Dr. Serrano and his team at Morton Family Dental will do their best to make sure you and your family feel most comfortable during your care. Dr. Serrano received his Bachelor of Science at the Ohio State University and his dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Passionate about continuing his education, Dr. Serrano has participated in additional studies in Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, General Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry, and Periodontics. Member of America Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society and Hispanic Dental Society.
Dr. Serrano loves nothing more than spending time with his family. During his free time, he enjoys taking his two young daughters to the movies, to the park, to sporting events and to family gatherings. His family also loves vacationing in Mexico.
Dr. Vafa's ultimate goal is to help every patient that comes through her doors feel at ease and comfortable, while providing them with the highest level of dental care. She treats every patient as if they were her own family and will listen to your needs and thoroughly explain the details of your care so you can understand what is happening with your mouth. She is extremely invested in taking care of the health and aesthetics of her patient's smiles to enhance their quality of life.
Dr. Vafa completed her undergraduate training at Tehran University, Iran. In college, she majored in Microbiology and received a Bachelor of Science with the highest honor. After moving to the United States, she was accepted into dental school and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She then went on to complete an additional residency training program at the UCLA Medical Center in the section of Hospital Dentistry. There she completed advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry and was trained in treating special needs and medically compromised patients.
Dr. Vafa is passionate about continuing education because it allows her to improve her skills and offer her patients the most up-to-date techniques and technology. As well as being highly involved in continuing education, Dr. Vafa has dedicated her time to serving on dental mission trips. She has gone to Haiti and Peru where she spent several weeks doing humanitarian dentistry. Dr. Vafa is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. In her spare time, Dr. Vafa loves to read, cook, travel and spend time with family and friends.
Lawrence J. Toledano DDS is passionate about providing personalized patient care in a welcoming setting that puts his patients at ease. His listens with care and eases any concerns by providing valuable patient education. He received his graduate degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Colorado, School of Dental Medicine. He is highly committed to mastery in the latest dental techniques and innovations, which include orthodontics (braces). Dr. Toledano has also participated in outreach programs in the Philippines and is a member of the American Dental Association, American Orthodontic Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society and the Will County Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Dr. Toledano loves to spend time with his wife and son. He also enjoys watching movies, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Toledano looks forward to continuing to serve you.

I'd give 5 starts to Morton Family Dental, all the staff, front desk are really courteous, polite, and professional. They always answer my questions regarding my insurance and they don't overcharge you and do no do anything that you don't need done. The doctors are also professional and very knowledgeable. They are not looking to take advantage of the patient and they're honest when it comes to what the patient needs. Thank you to all at Morton Family Dental.

Both front and inside staff are friendly, and understandable. They work on my schedule, address what needs to be done right away, reminds me of appointment and explains clearly about everything from procedures to any payments.

Wonderful staff wonderful experience. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a number of years and they gave me an amazing cleaning and made my teeth look beautiful, for an affordable price. Highly recommend for the whole family!

After my Dentist retired he referred me to another Dental Practice where the Dentist filled a cavity and did a poor job causing me pain. I made a call to my Dental Insurance Provider who referred me to Morton Family Dental where I found a very polite staff and a Dentist who knew what my trouble was and how to fix the tooth that was causing me pain. I now have a new Dentist

Dr Toledano and his staff are amazing!!! I don't dread going to the dentist anymore because he is that good! He clearly explains and describes what the procedure would entail and helps you feel comfortable. I've had good customer experience every time!!

I love Morton Family Dental. All the staff are very friendly and provide great customer service. Hubby at the front desk has the best positive energy and so welcoming. Lovely office, staff and they do everything to make their patients comfortable. So patient with young kids (and adults). Our 7 and 10-year-olds actually look forward to going, they feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here since they opened. Started when I was in my early twenties and now I'm in my late 20's. I suggest this place to my family and friends. I've have gotten to experience all the doctors here and I like the work of all. I feel like I've really grown up with the place. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff members have NEVER been rude. I love everything from the cleanliness, friendliness and even their paperwork. Who ever works on the legality side of things is doing a great job as well. All the paperwork and consents are informative and you know what you are getting into before starting anything. Can't think of a single bad thing!
