I switched dentists because I felt like my old dentists was condescending. My experience at Mortenson dental has been nothing but great so far. Everyone is so kind, takes me and my pain seriously, and went out of their way to make a trip to dentist (which can be such an awful experience) a low stress event.

I highly recommend Dr. Mortenson and Dr. Ash! Their location is impeccable, staff friendly and responsive, and both dentists are the perfect mix of warm and professional. I'm always comfortable during my cleanings and procedures and they do a great job.

I've been dreading going to the dentist and had a bit of an emergency tooth issue and Dr. Mortenson has made me feel extremely cared for and everyone at their office is so kind. For someone with major anxiety about dental stuff I HIGHLY recommend going to Mortenson Dental. Their office is beautiful and they have amazing bedside manner.

Some quick history: I hadn't been to the dentist for about 7 years, due to a rather unpleasant experience at the last dentist I tried. But, I knew it was important I return, so I reluctantly decided to try Dr. Ash, and not surprisingly, I had about 10 cavities. Despite the fact that I was very uncomfortable with the idea of getting them filled, Dr. Ash and her staff made it a as close to a pleasant experience as possible. Historically I've had a hard time getting numb, so I told the Dr. Ash and she made sure to properly numb me up. My cavities were filled in three sessions, and after the first round I had absolutely no reluctance in showing up for the second and third sessions. Dr. Ash and the hygienists really put me at ease, and I will definitely be making 6 month check-ups my routine again. I was very impressed with Dr. Ash's manner; she was patient in answering my questions and did a fantastic job explaining in terms I understood. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Ash to anyone.

Lifelong dental sissy here. Dr. Mortenson and her staff made me so comfortable. Dr. Mortenson appears to be meticulous with her work and she is very good at communicating, giving me options, and making sure that I am comfortable. Having separate, private rooms to see patients in was a huge bonus. Every person that I dealt with at her office was great.

It's like this... Out of the 10 dentists in my life prior to Celeste Mortenson Dental, the best one was about a 7-8 out of 10. Celeste Mortenson is like a 15 out of 10. Extremely friendly, caring staff. They are amazing at explaining options and each pro and con. They are very personable and flexible. No awkward conversations, or surprises. And that's just the customer service. The work has been even better. They have the latest and greatest. My crown was an absolute perfect fit first try. Got it milled and set the same day I had my appointment. You'd think I got kick backs for this review. They are simply that good!

Dr. Mortenson did my root canal and I didn't feel any pain! Not even when I got home. This was my very first root canal so I was pretty nervous. People kept telling me to go to an endodontist but I'm so glad I stayed with Dr. Mortenson. They're also helpful and friendly when my 7 month old cries.

I hate the dentist so much usually. It's my worst fear by far, so I was terrified when I broke a tooth in half and had to go in. But Dr. Nash and Dr. Mortenson have made it such an amazing experience! They've listened to my worries, and talked me through every step to reduce anxiety. Could not recommend them more!

This review is long over due. As a Dental Hygienist I have both worked for and been a patient of Dr Mortenson and both were great experiences. She respects my role as hygienist and treats me as an equal and when I am the patient she is attentive and thorough during the appointment. The staff is friendly and works well as a team to make things run smoothly. Pre-COVID they took proper steps to make the work place safe for employee and patient, I can imagine it is still that way.

I called Dr. Celeste Mortenson's Office on a Friday with a broken tooth and she seen me the next morning on a Saturday to get it repaired and free of pain. I have since been seen several times in her office for various checkups, cleanings, and a cavity. Her office staff is kind and very prompt. They will remember your name and are easy to interact with. I highly recommended Dr Mortenson as a dentist. Her knowledge and skills is unprecedented. She makes the patient the top priority and listens to concerns. Phenomenal dentist in Cache Valley for anyone looking to take care of their oral health.
